About: Starting in high school I worked for an adoption center and have worked with animals ever since. From dogsitting, cat sitting, volunteering at the animal shelter, and more, I’ve always enjoyed being involved with animals. My main job is an online fitness coach and so I can work remotely due to that. For that reason I’m able to work with just about any schedule your animal may have. I’ve worked with elder dogs as well as puppies to help them maintain their usual routine. About: I have owned animals of many kinds! From as small as a guinea pig to as big as a horse. Dogs have always been a main source of love and I have almost always had one as a part of my family for as long as I remember. I am patient and kind, and would appreciate the chance to help a family when possible! Pet care will be fitting into my daily life in between family matters. My children are in school from 815AM-5PM as long as nothing comes up or appointments have been made. Caring for pets is more natural than anything. As of now, my family and I care for a guinea pig and fish. We make sure the animals are fed and environments are clean. About: Ive been an animal lover since I was little, Ive had all types of animals growing up and absolutely love caring for all pets. My roommates travel often and I take care of their senior dog Riley, he is deaf and blind so he needs a lot of extra TLC. I am local to south salinas, I have my own business and make my own schedule. Peluche was a maltepoo, Achilles was a weiner, and Chino was a Maltese. I fed them and took them on walks everyday after school. Unfortunately, Peluche died of a heart disease in 2009 and we cremated him. Then we moved and we had to give the other dogs away. From the ages of 12 to 14, I took care of the poodles that belonged to my neighbor Sunny that lived next door to my grandma in Hilmar, Ca. She knew me since I was a baby and I would always help her care for her poodles and help sell them. When I was 16 my mom got a dog and his name was Peke. He was a maltepoo as well and he was the love of my life. I loved bathing him, playing with him, training him, and sleeping with him. He was my buddy and he would wait for me at the window to see when I would get home from school. Unfortunately, we lived in an apartment and after 2 years neighbors complained and we had to let him go. I believe I would be a great dog sitter because I am very patient with children and dogs. I am responsible and I make sure I am caring for each dog properly for their needs and wants. I am able to exercise with the dogs and take them out frequently for potty breaks. I also now have 2 large breeds of my own and it has been a mostly fun and rewarding experience. They help me with my mental health and physical health. Pet care fits into my schedule since I go to community college and sometimes I am unemployed and need a way of making money to take care of myself and necessities. About: I’ve been around dogs all my life, both as pets and through dog sitting/walking. I have one shih-tzu who I’ve cared for the past 10 years and also have experience through previously volunteering at the SPCA of Monterey county, working with dogs, cats, and small animals. At the moment, I am currently a part time student in college on Tuesdays and Thursdays and otherwise have open availability.
