“Colleen and her husband, Nick did drop in visits with my dog for me while I was gone for a week and did an excellent job. I had not one worry while I was gone. They both came over for the meet and greet ahead of time. Communication was always super prompt and thorough with detailed notes recorded for each session. All my (kind of quirky) instructions for my dog and my home were followed perfectly and everything was in perfect order when I got home. Plus, Colleen also sent lovely well-composed photos from every session, which was a real treat. It’s clear she has a real connection with dogs to get them to pose so well for photos. About: I have been pet sitting for 5 years for my extended family and friends back at home. I volunteered at a local animal shelter for 4 years of high school, so I have experience with all kinds of pets. I grew up with a lot of animals, so I am well equipped for any job! I am a sophomore at Baylor, so I will have class in the morning. I have class from 9am-12pm on Monday through Friday, but I am available outside of those times. I will be intentional about creating a safe and loving environment for your pets. I have pets at home, and I will love your pets as my own!

I also keep your space tidy and respected while I’m there- clean food and water bowls, locked doors, lights the way you left them, and any small home routines you request. I’ll keep a close eye on how they’re doing, communicate with you throughout your trip, and make sure they’re cared for, loved, and fully supported until you’re home again.

If your cat is comfortable and settled, I may step out for essential errands, always making sure their needs are fully met before I leave and right when I return. Afternoon: More focused attention — play sessions, quiet companionship, grooming if they enjoy it, or simply being nearby so they feel safe and supported. Their comfort guides the pace of the day. Evening: Dinner, cozy wind‑down time, and extra affection. I stay home to ensure they feel secure, relaxed, and cared for as they settle in for the night.
