They provided great communication, plenty of pictures and general updates while I was away and reached out when he started experiencing some tummy issues to find out what I wanted them to do for him. It was great that they were prepared with their own suggestions but were also very respectful and supportive of what I thought might help until I could return home. I knew Bodhi was in caring, capable hands all weekend which allowed me to really enjoy the time away, celebrating my friends. About: Dogs do best in their own space (includes their beds) but when that's not possible I'm here. Walks and play keeps their mind fresh and relaxed. Eating familiar food keeps the tummy safe, no table scraps. Updated vaccinations (including Bordetella) required I prefer crates for bedtime, so they feel safe in a familiar space at night. About: Foster mom and bottle feeder with a puppy rescue. Live on 10acres with trails thru out and cul de sac…great for walks! Also cared for dementia patient last 3 yrs…very patient and loving! About: I am a self-professed animal lover and my care for animals started with our family dog, Kip, when I was just 8 years old. Since then I have cared for and walked neighbors, friends, family and colleagues pets. I love being outside and will ensure your pets are well looked after, walked and treated as one of the family. My schedule is currently very flexible so if you need care last minute please do get in contact. I have my own transport so can make my way to you swiftly. I typically work most weekdays and weekends if scheduled in advance (if appropriate). Simply, I will do what ever is necessary to make sure your pets is happy and well looked after. Whilst I do not offer overnight home boarding (I have two elderly hounds), should they ever need to come to my home I have a fenced in back yard. I am happy to abide by crate training if required and always have toys, a bed and training treats on hand, just in case. I ALWAYS bring water on my walks and plan my days to ensure we are not walking in the heat of the day. I am happy to walk early in the morning and later at night. I have used cool coats before so I am also happy to add this to my routine. I never try and rush a pet. Whether it is a nervous cat or young pup, I take my time, not jumping straight in. I try not to let them off the leash immediately so we can build trust and I do not rush them to be my friend.

About: I have owned and taken care of both young and old dogs and cats most of my life. I seem to understand animals even better than humans in most cases, with animals being one of the best sources of stress relief for me. While not certified, I also trained the last few dogs that I owned, teaching both spoken and hand gesture commands. I will only be working part- time during sitting, working with online coaching clients and possibly making deliveries on Doordash during the day. In the evenings (6- 9p.m.) Monday through Friday, I do martial arts training at a dojo in Concord. I usually prefer sitting for clients with a fenced in yard for both letting the dog outside for bathroom breaks and also for play time such as throwing a ball, as well as having indoor play time in between working on my online coaching and delivery duties.
