Also kept them active and stimulated (which can be quite a lot since it was 2 huskies and an even more hyper mixed breed), and cleaned up the fur they tend to sprinkle all over the home. Chante made it possible for me to have the peace of mind knowing my fur babies were well taken care of while I was away, and they very much loved their time with her. About: Hi! I'm Kristin. Pictured is my husband Andrew, our Rainbow Bridge Pup Willow, our Irish Setter, Griffin, and our Llewellin Setter, Phineas. I'm a native North Carolinian - born and raised in Mooresville. About a decade or so ago, I began working for a veterinary office part-time in their kennel. Man! I had no clue what I was signing up for but it was something I had never tried before so I thought why not? I quickly found that I loved it and it definitely took a special type of person to do the job. I moved up to become a technician and receptionist and began working in veterinary full time. The day came when a client, the owner of my favorite boarding patient Macy, asked if I knew of anyone who would come to their home to watch Macy because, despite her always happy demeanor, she would have terrible waves of anxiety when she would board. I volunteered and the rest was history! ​Nothing is more rewarding than walking through the door and seeing a pet's eyes light up and their entire body wiggle with happiness when they see you! I work from home so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am able to pack up my desk and work from most anywhere. Whatever your pet's needs are, I am able to accommodate them. I always like to do a perimeter check to ensure all gates are closed and there are no easy access points for your pet to escape. I also will set outside with your pet and provide constant supervision. Inside your home, I am very vigilant about keeping all access points locked, keeping doors shut inside to minimize pets getting into things they shouldn’t, etc.

About: I grew up with dogs and have helped family, friends, and family friends pet sit their dogs and/or cats. I have no certifications in first aid, grooming, or formal training. With dogs I can take them on walks, potty breaks, feed them, water them, play, help train them, or administer oral pills/supplements with pill pockets or cheese. I don't have experience with senior care, trimming nails/fur, administering medications (topical/injections). I don't have a ton of experience with cats. My first encounter was at a cat cafe and I have since helped friends, family, and family friends pet sit a few cats. I'm your person if your cat is fairly easy and just needs to be fed, watered, played with, and have their litter box cleaned. I don't have experience in walking cats outdoors, trimming nails/fur, or administering medications. I'm available for potty breaks or drop-ins any day of the week. I am currently caring for a dog but am available to house sit with a week's notice. If I'm doing drop-in visits or house sitting, I will: - Care for your pet(s) as instructed - Water plants (please provide instructions) - Clean up after your pet(s) & myself - Lock entry points at all times - Will not invite people over unless cleared by you - Bring in mail (if needed) - Take out trash (if needed)

“We never received any updates on the dogs from Patricia but over all I think it went well. The dogs seemed to be well cared for and happy upon our return. Patricia was very prompt and on time. It was great to get away for the weekend and not worry about if our pets were safe and well cared for.”
