“Melinda is a fantastic doggy sitter! She looked after our two dogs for 9 days over Christmas, which was a tough time to find a sitter and enormously appreciated. Our new puppy Monty chewed on a few things that he SHOULD NOT have and Melinda was extremely gracious about it. We will of course be compensating her for the damage. Melinda sent regular photo and video updates and gave our pups lots of attention. We wouldn't hesitate to leave Dot and Monty with her again.”
About: I've owned and taken care of dogs since I was 12. Ive helped friends potty train and crate train puppies. I cared for my senior dog for many years before he passed in 2024. Ive fostered animals through animal shelters as well as helped rehome friends and family pets when needed. Ive taken care of friends pets as well as family. If you have any further questions please dont hesitate to ask! (: I am a stay at home mom. We wake up early and I usually stay up late tidying and taking care of our other pets. We only leave for short periods during the day. Your pet and my children will not be left alone at anytime. I have a large fenced back yard. I also have a friendly medium sized dog named Halo who would love to keep your companion company. I can crate over night or during breaks as long as you bring an appropriate sized kennel for them. I may have one on hand if it is a weekly appointment.

By being intentional with the first meet&greet she made sure the fit for both Birdie and herself was positive while calmly managing interactions with the other dogs. “Kendell kept Camber, my yorkie, for a 24 hour stay. Kendell is a great communicator, and provided several updates and photos since this was Camber's first time away since she was a puppy. Kendall's sweet dog, Taz, got along great woth Camber, and they had a wonderful time playing and taking walks together. Kendall's deafness was not an issue whatsoever, and it obvious she is really good with dogs. Camber's next (much longer) stay is already booked.”
