About: Thank you for your interest! I have had all types of pets, and still do, my whole life. I love being around dogs and cats and they seem to enjoy me too! I love all sizes and breeds of dogs. Currently I’m at home raising my 3 kids. While they’re at school I have time to enjoy being around other people’s pets. I also really enjoy working with pets in different areas such as basic commands and simple tricks. I consider myself a very trustworthy and honest person. I have been an animal lover as long as I could remember and have a great relationship with them. I would love to have the opportunity to get to know and take care of your dog or cat. I’ve been a stay at home mom the last 15 years. Kids are all grown and I have plenty of time to spend with your pet or pets. I have a fenced in property with a couple dogs of my own to play with your pets if you like. Also have dogs friendly house and crate if needed.

“Shawna has been keeping Bella for over a year now. She is great with Bella, and Bella loves going to visit Shawna. I get daily updates and I always pick up a happy, healthy dog. She even sets up her couch so that Bella can get up there and sit with them. On her last visit, Bella had a medical event. She began coughing and hacking up foamy spit up. Shawna immediately contacted me and we originally decided just to monitor her. But when it continued everytime Bella drank water, Shawna made the decision to take her to the emergency vet. About: I’ve always had dogs at home, up to three at once! Most all raised and trained from puppy stages. I had a disabled dog recently who lost usage of her back legs and was incompetent. She required lots of help and being carried around but was a sweetheart. Currently I have eight geckos as well as two snakes, a skink, two cats (mostly outdoor) and one dog. My dogs name is Luna, she’s almost two years old, deaf and mentally special but as friendly as can be! (Several rooms for separation of my dog if needed as well as my crate. So far she gets along well with others) My current weekly routine is as follows: Monday: Feed Cats and Dog x2, feed and mist geckos Tuesday: Feed cats and dog x2 Wednesday: Feed cats and dogs x2, feed and mist geckos, feed skink, feed hognose Thursday: Feed cats and dog x2 Friday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed and most geckos Saturday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed skink Sunday: Feed cats and dog x2 Feed and mist geckos Saturday I go out about every hour and a half for potty breaks. I do not have a fence but I have a large pasture as well as lots of leads. I’m willing to walk for hours with your pet on a leash! I have one friendly pup to keep yours company and I have a spare room. I have the ability to crate my dog and space for a crate for yours if provided. We go out after every food and water break, get lots of cuddles and extra play time!
