About: Hello! I’m a full-time Pet Care Specialist. I’ve walked every pup from Shih-Tzus to Newfoundlands. I was employed as an assistant manager for a Pet Care Service until I decided to do it on my own. I also used to help foster, and learned some basic training techniques from the owner of a nonprofit dog rescue called Bonafied. I’m great at befriending dogs. Even a few I had met that were deemed aggressive, I was able to rub their bellies and was greeted with the wiggles after a few visits. I’m very patient with pets, especially scared ones. I work with cats as well, and love them just as much! I provide plenty of picture updates during every visit. I require meet and greets in order to get to know your furbaby beforehand. I feel it necessary to say I am autistic and have adhd. I get burnt out easily and struggle with socializing. That does not affect the care I put into working with pets, just my availability and ability to carry a conversation. I won't work when my mental state isn't doing well. It is best for me to have a set schedule, and for clients to have a backup in case I can't work suddenly. I cherish the memories I make with everyone’s pets I’m lucky to have met. I may not be able to work some weeks/days due to my mental health. I won't cancel on the same day, but I will have to cancel the next appointments until further notice. I no longer take last minute appointments, I had too many people taking advantage of that. If you hire me full-time, I'd like to know by Sunday what the schedule is for me to walk/visit for the upcoming week. I will make an exception for last minute requests if I can. I follow your pets' routine and provide photo updates as frequently as requested. I will go with your preferences. I can give dogs medications and have had experience giving epidermal shots with one senior GSD. I may need a refresher, but I am capable. I take all the safety precautions when letting dogs into their backyard and when taking them on walks. I will double check gates are closed before letting your pup out and double check that I've locked your door on my way out. I know how to avoid dogs and people if your dog isn't friendly.

About: I’ve had pets all my life. My family is full of animal lovers and they know they can rely on me if they need someone to care for their pet for any reason. I have experience with end of life care for cats, administering pills and fluids to cats, and feeding cats by mouth with a syringe. For example, one of my cats has a hyperthyroid and acid reflux and takes pills to manage it, and another has arthritis and takes a liquid medication orally to manage it. I primarily have experience caring for cats, dogs and hamsters. Petsitting is my focus, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. I’m normally available for house sitting both weekdays and weekends, however I do have my own obligations and pets of my own to care for, so I must be able to leave for ~4 to 5 hours at some times. Due to this, I am not always able to accept requests for constant care (meaning pets who cannot be left alone for more than 1-3 hours, as an example). I spend as much quality time with my clients as I can, giving them plenty of love and attention. I love cuddling with them if they’re cuddlers and using their favorite toys when I play with them. I cannot take on higher energy dogs to care for, as I cannot provide them with the stimulation and exercise they need to thrive. About: I have worked with animals for 6 years! I’ve worked as a veterinary technician for 4 years and veterinary care for 2 years prior to becoming a technician! I love animals of all sizes! I currently work 3 days a week and every other weekend. Otherwise I’m completely available to hang out with your pets! I will make sure to find time to spend time with your furry friends! I have a friendly pup and a cat who doesn’t mind dogs as well! My dog is completely crate trained as well! I’d prefer a meet and greet before having your pets over!

About: I have had dogs since I was born. My family has always had a dog. For 18 years, I had my own dogs. I’ve also watched friends and family member’s dogs. I will go to their houses and let their dogs out for them, walk them, etc. I work part time at a local elementary school as a TA. I only work 5.5 hrs a day, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet. I have a fenced in yard and a 10 year old that would love to play with your dog if I’m not! I can put them in a crate if need be. I’d love to take them for a ride too! If I go to your house, I will respect your property and your dog’s things.

About: I've had dogs all my life and also fostered 11 dogs thru Good Shepherds Rescue. (if I could have, would have adopted all 11) Currently I have no pets, I have just retired from my job of 25 years, and all of my kids are grown, so I am available to give 100% of my attention to your furbaby(s) 😊 I am available to 24/7 as my kids are grown & I have no pets of my own at this time. About: I have grown up with cats and dogs! I currently have 3 dogs and 3 cats of my own. 2 of my dogs are rescues and 1 since she was a puppy- now a senior being 9 years old. One of the rescues has a disability of not being able to walk and the other has fear anxiety with humans. Each needing their own training and patience from us to help them succeed in this world! I am in charge of medication management at home! I work from home 2 days a week with Friday being a half day. I am a full time mental health therapist and working with behaviors from humans to animals is something I am passionate about! I have a fenced in yard and a camera in the front. I like to go out with the dogs at first to make sure they get out safely- free of turkeys, coyotes, etc. For walks, I ensure the leash is properly on and the leash is tightly in my hand. I will absolutely abide by owners procedures and what they feel comfortable with!

About: I got my first dog when I was only 6 years old, since then, I care about all the dogs so much & help my family & my friends with their dogs, cats or any other animals - even horses - they need help with. I can help with puppies & seniors, I can care about them in health & sickness. My dogs are my children, they are my family. I spoil all my babies from playing in the pool or giving them a ride in a special pet stroller - & spoil them to death. I have 1/4 acre, almost fully fenced yard, but I also have invisible fence. Plenty toys & my dog to keep company & play with. I have mini pool to cool them off & pet stroller if they are tired or too old to walk. You need just bring your baby & the food & I will provide love, care & everything else they need. I work 2-3 days a week for only few hours. Sometimes I help with my grandchildren or I need to run out for an hour to do extra special chores to care about other animals. Besides this, I am always home. I enjoy playing & cuddling with dogs & cats, they are the best friens & family. If I am at your house - your rules, if we are at my house - also your rules but my little guests are always allowed to be on my sofa or sleep on my bed.

About: I have owned multiple dogs (Barnum, Tiara, Miles, and Peanut were my furry friends) from the time that I was two years old until I started college. Dogs are supervised at all times while outside, even within a fenced yard. If there is no fenced yard, they will be taken outside on a leash. Each visit is an individual visit with your pet alone so there will be no other interaction with pets unless you have others of your own.

About: I have grown up on a farm where I have acquired most of my skills and knowledge of animals. At a very young age I started training and showing dogs in obedience, which soon led into me showing horses in jumping and dressage. I attended Meredith Manor International Equestrian Centre in West Virginia where I achieved many certifications. Now, 32, I still train and show dogs and also still stuck on those horses! Animals have become my backbone and without them, I think I would be lost, like many of us would be! If you don’t really have a route with pups and are a go with the flow person like I am I can provide, 8-10 potty’s breaks and lots of attention. For safety during walks in my neighborhood, there are no sidewalks so we walk against traffic so we can see oncoming cars with dogs on the right side of me farthest away from the road in grass. In the winter, I follow a cold-weather walking policy for safety: if it’s too cold for me in an t shirt it’s too cold for them! Usually requests winter weather gear like boots and coat but one can be provided(washed after every use with pet safe detergent). (Black puffer and no slip socks.) Night time walking- don’t worry about the days getting darker I’ve got it covered with my reflective gear, flashlight, collar light clips, and more.
