About: I have lots of years of animal care, animal sitting and house sitting. I've walked dogs of all sizes, big, small, etc. I've been doing pet care since I was about 14 years old, and use to house sit for a close friend of mine for years where I would feed the dogs, let them out to use the restroom, and stay to play with them. Now that I've moved to the Rockford area, I'm looking to establish trust, and offer the best care for your fur babies. I work full time, Monday through Friday. I can let animals out for potty breaks and food bowl checks after 6pm CST on the weekdays, or even late evening walks. Otherwise, weekends are completely open for walks, housesitting, and even overnights. I always make sure that your pet is safe, whether you have a fence, crate, or leash to keep them on. Before leaving, I'll make sure that the house is locked up, and that the pet is safe in their crate if needed. I do a quick last check to top off the water, food, and I'll provide plenty of updates if you wish to know how your dog or cat is doing.

About: I currently have two small dogs who I take care of full time. I’ve had them for 5 years now. I love playing with dogs, rubbing their tummy, or just hanging out with them. If your dog has separation anxiety that will not be a problem. One of my dogs is the same way and I wouldn’t mind being there full time for your dog. Pet care fits into my schedule perfectly because most of my days consist of being home taking care of my two small dogs. I’m also a nursing student so it helps that I have a lot of time after studying to play with the dogs/puppies. I have a fenced yard. It is pretty big. In order to keep my dogs safe I always make sure doors are closed before letting them out and as a special precaution I like to add an AirTag to their collars in case anything happens (has not happened yet but it’s better to be safe than sorry).

“Kaitlyn was wonderful. Went over Jensen's history was provided a tour of her home, very clean and definitely set up to welcome dogs. The report card was spot on with what we expected. Provided a calm environment to welcome a puppy who has been through a lot in her short life. When we got home, she acted normal. With our previous dogs we boarded at kennels but felt the need to try something different with a puppy that spent most of her life at a shelter. Our dogs would be wiped out when they came back home. So far not seeing any of that from her stay with Kaitlyn.”

Anytime on Sundays, Monday's between 11 am-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm(I work a split shift), Tuesdays 1 pm-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm, Wednesday's between 11 am-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm, Thursdays between 1 pm-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm, Fridays if I am working between 11 am-3 pm and 5:30 pm-9 pm but if I'm not I can do anytime 7 am-9 pm, Saturdays 11 am-3 pm and 5:30 pm -9 pm. I care for every pet based on their individual needs and routine. In my client’s home, I make sure pets are comfortable, safe, fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention and love. I’ll follow their normal schedule as closely as possible so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I’m also happy to give medications when needed and keep an eye out for anything unusual with their health or behavior.
About: Hello! I’m a full-time Pet Care Specialist. I’ve walked every pup from Shih-Tzus to Newfoundlands. I was employed as an assistant manager for a Pet Care Service until I decided to do it on my own. I also used to help foster, and learned some basic training techniques from the owner of a nonprofit dog rescue called Bonafied. I’m great at befriending dogs. Even a few I had met that were deemed aggressive, I was able to rub their bellies and was greeted with the wiggles after a few visits. I’m very patient with pets, especially scared ones. I work with cats as well, and love them just as much! I provide plenty of picture updates during every visit. I require meet and greets in order to get to know your furbaby beforehand. I feel it necessary to say I am autistic and have adhd. I get burnt out easily and struggle with socializing. That does not affect the care I put into working with pets, just my availability and ability to carry a conversation. I won't work when my mental state isn't doing well. It is best for me to have a set schedule, and for clients to have a backup in case I can't work suddenly. I cherish the memories I make with everyone’s pets I’m lucky to have met. I follow your pets' routine and provide photo updates as frequently as requested. I will go with your preferences. I can give dogs medications and have had experience giving epidermal shots with one senior GSD. I may need a refresher, but I am capable. I take all the safety precautions when letting dogs into their backyard and when taking them on walks. I will double check gates are closed before letting your pup out and double check that I've locked your door on my way out. I know how to avoid dogs and people if your dog isn't friendly.

About: I have owned multiple dogs (Barnum, Tiara, Miles, and Peanut were my furry friends) from the time that I was two years old until I started college. About: I grew up taking care of cats and dogs indoor and outdoor. I'm currently a certified veterinary technician at a general practice but have worked in emergency and specialty services. I have a history of having elderly pets who are in need of daily injections and medication and I'm very comfortable with administering both. I'm very flexible when it comes to payments an hours. I do work Monday through Saturday but I'm off every other Wednesday and Saturday. If possible I will take the first day off of a stay to make sure that pets are comfortable and we get to know each other. I do also like to meet pets ahead of time just to make sure that they feel comfortable with me and I feel comfortable with them. I currently work Monday through Friday and I'm off every other Wednesday and Saturday. The latest I would work would be Monday and Friday which is until 6:00 p.m. I however do usually take the first Monday off that I'm going to be taking care of your pet to make sure that they're comfortable and reduces the amount of time that they are alone. I will do not pet sit at my home but at clients home pets are front and center. Weather permitting we do outside play time and or walks. If owners allow I will bring puzzle treats as to keep pets stimulated even if the weather is less than ideal. I make sure I meet with owners ahead of time to make sure I understand it's schedules regiments and the do's and don'ts around making pets feel comfortable in their own home while their parents are away.

I can let animals out for potty breaks and food bowl checks after 6pm CST on the weekdays, or even late evening walks. Otherwise, weekends are completely open for walks, housesitting, and even overnights. I always make sure that your pet is safe, whether you have a fence, crate, or leash to keep them on. Before leaving, I'll make sure that the house is locked up, and that the pet is safe in their crate if needed. I do a quick last check to top off the water, food, and I'll provide plenty of updates if you wish to know how your dog or cat is doing.
