“We left our Chihuahua Jack Russell mix with Barbara for a whole long day while we came to town to attended a graduation. We were apprehensive about leaving our baby anywhere mostly because he can be kinda crazy lol but she instantly made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. You can tell that she genuinely loves dogs and is very comfortable with them. Her home is very inviting and secure and just perfect for four-legged friends. There were two other "guests" there and I kind of felt like I was leaving him at a little doggy party. He seemed happy from the get-go so that made us happy to leave him there. She was also very flexible with our time to drop off and pick up. And very easy to communicate with sending us pictures throughout the day. Her rate was great too! I would highly recommend Barbara and we'll definitely use her again again if the need arises! Thanks for loving Henry for us yesterday Barbara!”

“Our experience with Paloma has been great!!!! She is super nice and sweet to my pup, Chloe. We are using her for two weekends in a row while we are visiting Tucson. I would recommend Paloma to anyone needing pet sitting in Tucson!”

“Our dog stayed with Sylvie for daycare. Sylvie sent us a video of Mindy being brushed and she was really enjoying the attention. She also sent additional pictures of Mindy being held and cuddled. Mindy was happy to see us but not in the least anxious. We are considering an overnight visit prior to the week-long boarding in November Sylvie really loves what she does. She has a great area dedicated to the pets' needs. Pets are not confined only to this area. Looking forward to going back.”

“Beth is incredibly flexible and communicative. Her home is filled with fun, adorable animals. The meet and greet went wonderfully, as she was welcoming and gave us a tour of her place. We're glad to have found her, especially since she's so close by.”

“Very nice young woman! My Ranger seemed very calm and relaxed in her home when I went to pick him up. He is just a young pup and she was able to manage him. I was really happy with her quick response to my last minute request, it was a life saver! Would recommend!”

“Angel is such a gifted pet sitter. She loves my miniature poodle like her own. She sends pictures, videos, and messages through my dog’s stay. She is also incredibly responsive any time I contact her. I know that my dog is well cared for when she is there. I would not have my dog stay anywhere else! Thank you Angel for all your love and care!”

“Darlene has been amazing! My dog Rosie seems to really love her! Rosie was able to immediately feel at home and Darlene has been so caring and loving toward her. I hate leaving Rosie, but I felt really good about leaving her with Darlene, who is such a caring and dog-understanding person.”

“Steve is a great sitter for my 2 best friends. He is particularly kind and tolerant with my mini poodle Molly, who is completely blind. Steve had a blind dog, too, and understands her specific needs and quirks Thank you, Steve!!”

“We are so grateful to have such a fun and safe to leave Winnie when we are in Tucson. Adrian and Sophie are just the best. Winnie is always happy to go to their home which says a lot. Thanks again!!”

About: I am a person who has loved animals since the day I was born. I have a large home, a fenced in backyard, and I’m at home usually all day long to take care of your pet. I love to read a book with an animal on my lap or at my side. My husband works from home part time and he is also seen frequently with an animal beside him. And I have a 20 year old daughter at home who adores animals. My grand children are also frequent visitors and they love to play with animals. We are a home filled with people who love all animals. I am a stay at home mom and grandma. So I have plenty of time to give love and care to your pets. I am very organized and like to make sure that my animals eat at the same time. I love to just sit on the couch and read a book while petting an animal. My two dogs are always at my feet following me around and I’m sure your sweet pet would fit right in. My grown-up daughter lives at home and my grandbabies are here frequently and all of us love animals. My husband works from home part time and has also been seen to have an animal by his side. We are an absolute animal loving family. I have two small dogs so your fur baby would have friends to play with. I have an absolutely secure, fenced backyard and I have a kennel inside that they can be crated in for night if that’s what they are used to. I’m also experienced in administration of medications to both cats and dogs including pills, creams, eye drops and shots. I am here to accommodate your pet’s needs, including special routines or schedules they may have if possible. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs or cats.

“This was my first time using Rover and I had a great experience. Lesley was amazing with Nova and sent me photos of her throughout the day. She was also flexible with my early drop off time. Thank you!”

About: I am a devoted animal lover and have spent my entire life living with and caring for pets. I have experience working at a veterinary clinic and a lot of experience caring for senior dogs. Taking care of animals nurtures me just as much as I nurture them. Friends and family have always trusted me to look after their pets whenever they are away. I provide regular photo and text updates to keep pet owners reassured. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your pet to see if we’re a good fit! Rover is my full-time job and I have a lot of free time! My day is always planned around pet care including dog walks, grooming and training. I love caring for pets and I have all day to spend with yours! I tailor my care to meet the specific needs of each pet individually. My priority is to make your pet as comfortable as possible. I always take special care to consider their specific feeding schedules, any special dietary needs, exercise routines/preferences and behavioral tendencies. I am always professional and compassionate regardless of where I am caring for pets.

About: I love my dog to death and it is honestly hard to leave him home alone. I understand your needs as dog parents, I would want someone trustworthy to take care of mine, so I got you. I have dog sat for quite a few pups and have one of my own, I can provide all of the basic needs and give them all the love that they deserve. I am a stay at home wife who loves dogs so I feel it is a perfect fit. I can focus all of my attention on caring for your pup! I have a medium sized crate for pup parents who request it, I also have a very friendly, playful pup who would love to keep your baby company. I can keep them inside or I can take them to the park whichever the owner prefers.

About: A self proclaimed “crazy” dog woman, I have loved and cared for dogs ( and other 4 legged ones) since childhood. My dogs are treated like family members. I invest a lot of time and energy into training them and do agility for fun. I have a large yard and a dog door and am walking distance to a couple of parks. I love taking long walks in my neighborhood and also going on adventures to the River Path and Isabel Lee Preserve. My dog Rumi is well socialized and enjoys having dog visitors too. I currently work part time and am in a long distance masters program so am home a lot. I take long walks in my neighborhood twice a day and often walk on the River Path too. Sometimes we go to Smiling Dog Ranch park and hike weekly. My large is fully enclosed with 6 foot high cinderblock walls on two sides and 6 foot high corrugated steel fencing on the other sides. There is a dog door into the backyard, a shaded patio and ramada.

About: I've been working with, training, and raising dogs since I can remember. I am a pro with housebreaking, leash training, and I provide specialized training for hearing ear and/or service dogs. I do very well with canine behavioral skills. My way of training is with use of opurant conditioning. With real time sequences to familiarize the animal and make it fun to learn. So when trained they smile not look like a caged animal. I teach crosswalk etiquette, public etiquette, and work etiquette. I am 55 my energy is much like a husky, I love to go for long walks, bike rides, swimming, and train during my sessions. So if you got a hyper fur-baby you'll like my skills. They'll love the adventures. I'm a natural with dogs wether you're needing basics or advanced tricks. I typically bond with, then walk, and engage high energy play time with each session. I also provide training services as well should you need someone that can handle high energy dogs or puppy. I care for fur-babies as if they are mine. I can provide video and photographs, and can record live video for all services. This is to assure your satisfaction as well as evaluating your fur-baby's performance during our sessions. I can provide overnight stays in my home. But I have dogs of my own so a meet and greet is the requirement. My overnight stays get vip treatment walks, dog parks, even a trip for a pup cup on special occasions. My day care option is for a training session or walk among the cool climate of our mountains its a 2 hr day care adventure, I also do Rattlesnake Avoidance Training in this session as well We also use Artificial Intelligence which helps our training and evaluate the performance. From 5a to 2p we offer walk sessions. Wear out energy, structured for obedience training, leash and off leash training, control excessive barking, basically a 1 on 1 session with your dog where the ultimate goal of obedience like a service dog. Our VIP Stays get pampered breakfast served at 6 am, morning walk by 7a supper at 6pm evening walk at 7p. Followed by a brush fur out before bedtime. As a added reward some stays even get to go get a pup cup. Yes DQ. Your fur-baby's stay will have video and daily reports of activities of the previous days. Who better to work with animals than a farmer? I spent my childhood on a farm raising hunting and security dogs, chickens, hogs, and horses. Kennels were the bane of my early years so yes I have housebroken many litters as well as trained a few to aid clients with disabilities. I am quiet, patient, confident I trust dogs better than people, You can tell a lot about a person when you see them with a dog view my pics my 3 will tell you. I post a collection of pics and videos on Instagram under the #myk9adventures feel free to browse anytime.
