He even led the way into the house, just like he had been there before. Vicky was amazing. I truly appreciated the frequent photos and videos. Bruno never skipped any meals. We both discussed that the first night he may not eat dinner but he did. I loved that in each picture you could see that he had made himself at home. For me, then greatest tell of the care he received was when I picked him up. Naturally he was very excited for me to be there, but he would also go get a drink of water, and went back for rubs with Vicky as well. There aren't many people that will get deliberate attention from Bruno when I'm around. I know that Bruno was well cared for and I felt safe knowing Bruno was doing well.”

“This was our first Rover experience which we were hesitant to go into. Daniel was so thoughtful and communicative, answered all our questions ahead of time and during our pup meet and greet. He was easy to reach and sent lots of sweet photos of our pup so we were never worried. “We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. I am the person that always walks other people's dogs since they don't have the time for it. The well-being of pets, even those I don't own, is always something that I pay close attention to. I have taken care of my pregnant dog twice, helping her deliver and tending to newborn puppies. I have also taken care of sick dogs and dogs who recently had surgery, all of which was very demanding. I also rescued a cat from the street which currently lives with me. Right now I am in between jobs so I'm very free, which is why I'm very flexible and taking care of your pets will be my priority. There might be an occasional weekend once a month where I might be busy but that would the only conflicting issue. The rest of the time I will be very flexible and work with your needs. My home is mostly suitable for cats or dogs that live indoors. There's a lot of green areas right outside my home and in the community for a dog to play in but it's not a fenced yard. For a cat, my house has cat trees, litter box, plenty of toys and everything they might need. I do have a cat and a dog if your pet does good with other pets.

I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I'm a full time college student, so I have lots of extra time to care for your beloved companions! I have my own transportation and extremely flexible times. I live in an apartment with my Belgian Malinois, so I know firsthand how important exercise, structure, and routine can be, especially for high-energy dogs! I'm very organized and always do my best to stick to each pet's normal schedule so they feel comfortable and at home.

“I was so nervous about leaving Bruno but my worries were quickly put to rest after getting out of the car. Bruno walked into the yard with no hesitation. He even led the way into the house, just like he had been there before. Vicky was amazing. I truly appreciated the frequent photos and videos. Bruno never skipped any meals. We both discussed that the first night he may not eat dinner but he did. I loved that in each picture you could see that he had made himself at home. For me, then greatest tell of the care he received was when I picked him up. Naturally he was very excited for me to be there, but he would also go get a drink of water, and went back for rubs with Vicky as well. There aren't many people that will get deliberate attention from Bruno when I'm around. I know that Bruno was well cared for and I felt safe knowing Bruno was doing well.”

“We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. When we came back we found that our dog had such a good time that I'm not sure she wanted to leave! Needless to say that Cynthia will be our first choice to watch our dog whenever the need arises! Your dog will be in good hands.”

“Her and her family were great! They seemed like super sweet genuine people. I had to find a last minute sitter as my usual girl had canceled on me due to an emergency of their own. After reaching out to so many people on here she was the only one who responded! She sent pictures throughout the day and provided me with feedback on how my little guy was doing! She was seriously a lifesaver and they definitely got the energy out of my puppy. He knocked out as soon as we got home lol!”
