I have been caring for my own dogs since I was just 10 years old, which has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior and needs. I’m currently working during the week so I’m available currently on the weekends anytime and will update my hours if need be due to obtaining a set schedule for clinical hours. I believe establishing a consistent daily routine is crucial for both dogs. This includes regular feeding times, exercise, and bathroom breaks. For my husky, who is energetic and playful, I ensure she gets at least an hour of vigorous exercise each day. This includes walks, runs, or playtime in the yard. My cockapoo also enjoys playtime but requires slightly less intense activity due to his smaller size and older age. I ensure that my home environment is safe for both dogs by removing hazardous items such as toxic plants or small objects they could swallow inside and outside. Additionally, I use baby gates if necessary to restrict access to certain areas of the house where they might get into trouble. I have learned by following these steps consistently in caring for my husky and cockapoo at home, and applying similar principles when caring for clients' pets, I’ll create a nurturing environment that supports their health and happiness.
About: My family and I have had dogs and cats a part of our family for my entire life. I have had dogs in the family since I was little; and most recently have had the pleasure of three lovely ladies; two of which we have raised from puppies. I can care for dogs both young and old, as well as cats. I also have cats in my family, including some with health issues. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
