About: I grew up with dogs from the age of 10. I am often called the pet whisperer by family and friends because their pets often do things they don't normally do with people they don't know well. I have a very flexible schedule and will be able to accommodate the needs of the pets to walk and feed take care of them from daily to weekly where needed. About: I have taken care of animals all my life. I grew up with small pocket pets (rabbits) and birds. As an adult I have dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and alpacas - all of which live with me on my small farm. I have experience with giant breed dogs and higher energy dogs. I also know how and am comfortable giving medications. I have worked in the animal industry for the last 10 years. Ranging from boarding facilities for dogs and cats to veterinary offices. I also am currently volunteering with my therapy dog and we visit hospitals and schools. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom so my pets are with me all day. I take the dogs out for daily walks as well as other activities. I also have a large fenced in backyard for them to play in. I have a 1-acre fenced in yard for my babies (and yours!) to play in. “Tom's place is awesome!! I work at the nearby military instillation and I was using Tom's daycare services. He was open to a meet and greet the day before I was supposed to drop off my pet which was from 7am-5pm, and he met Ollie and then showed us around a bit which made me feel much better knowing my dog was going to be kept in such clean and organized conditions. You can clearly tell how well Tom takes care of his own dogs. Everyday I used his service I could tell my dog had a great time and got to experience what walking in a pack was like. He came home exhausted each day and Tom sent great pictures and videos which made me feel better. Gregory has provided dog walks and overnight care for our 60lb hound mix multiple times over the last few months and we couldn't be happier with the care he provides. He is incredibly communicative, provides very detailed updates after every walk (with plenty of pictures included), and has shown the utmost dedication to understanding our dog Izzy and her specific behavioral needs. We have worked with many positive reinforcement trainers in the past to address our pups over-excitability and leash reactivity and Gregory using much of the same language as these dog trainers when discussing strategies he used on his walks with Izzy to help redirect and keep her focused and safe. Our pup is very scent driven on walks which can require a lot of patience and steady redirection, and we are so grateful for how kind and gentle Gregory is when handling Izzy. We've only had one overnight experience with Gregory so far and he took great care of our home and left the house spotless! He also ensured us that he only books one overnight stay at a time to avoid any conflicts in schedule and make sure our dog has company throughout the night and to keep her safe in the event of an emergency. All that being said, you will have no regrets choosing with work with Gregory and we feel very fortunate to have found him!”

If your dog is crate trained, Tom’s farm is the ideal spot where your dog will actually look forward to stay when you have to leave town. Tom also provided plenty of videos and photos throughout Smokey’s stay which gave us total peace of mind he was having a blast.”
