We just adopted our Aria a week ago (we weren't expecting it - she just came into our lives 🐶💕) so we found ourselves in a situation where we had an out of town family event and a new 2-yr old goldendoodle so we were desperately trying to find care for her with someone we could trust with our new girl. We found Meg on Rover and even though it was super short notice she found time for a meet and greet and then we brought Aria into her spotless home just a few days later. Meg connected immediately with our Aria (and us 🥰) and she sent us lots of pics and video of Aria playing in the snow in her fenced-in yard and also at dinner time. We could see how happy and relaxed Aria was in her care. Meg had even told us if the weather was bad or we were delayed in some way not to worry - that Aria could stay the night if need be. We will DEFINITELY be using Meg again!! (She's now "Auntie Meg" 💕)”

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life and truly treat them like family. I grew up in a home with four dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I also adopted and lovingly cared for a difficult senior dachshund for years, which gave me valuable experience with patience, senior dog needs, routines, and extra attentiveness. Today I have a large Bernedoodle, so I’m confident handling bigger dogs as well as energetic pups who need exercise and structure. I’m active and love taking dogs on walks, runs, and outdoor time when appropriate, while also making sure they get plenty of affection, snuggles, and supervision. I also keep dogs leashed on walks and anytime they are outdoors for added safety. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I always aim to keep pets on their regular schedule for feeding, exercise, rest, and any medications or special instructions. About: I've been around dogs my entire life but have owned my own dog for the past 4 years. I am constantly watching my friend's dogs while they are away and know how important it is to have someone to trust and provide a loving and caring home away from home for your pet while you are away! I currently work from home full-time, so I'll have plenty of time to walk and play with your pup! I have a highly energetic dog, so we take several walks during the day and then I take her to nearby parks with trails after work. I'm available for boarding during the week and on weekends. I have a medium sized fenced in yard and a very sweet dog to keep your fir baby company! My dog has free reign of the house and is allowed on the furniture and sleeps in my bed but can also crate your dog if needed.

About: Hello! I’ve been professionally caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure and roomy kennels with the addition of our cozy home area. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom build. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. We currently do not have a stall suited for a climber! But accommodations can be made.

About: Hello! I am 32 years old and I have been taking care of dogs and cats for more than half my life. I love animals - I have a sweet and friendly, two year old Catahoula/Lab that loves to play with other dogs. I am available for daily visits, boarding, walking, or just hanging out with them on daily visits - whatever the pups need. I am currently a stay at home mom so I have a pretty open schedule and can be available for whatever you need, with a few days notice. I’m also available on weekends, nights, and holidays as well. I have a large, partially fenced in yard, and a two year old boy dog that loves to play around with other dogs. We go on multiple walks everyday and love to play outside in the yard. We go to the dog park a lot on nice days, and he has a pool in the back yard for when it gets too hot. I have no issue with dogs on the furniture and will even give them a bath if need be! Our dog gets lots of love and attention and is treated like royalty & yours will be too!
