About: My current crew: a sweet dog, two cats, and a 22-year-old ball python I’ve had since grade school. I’m experienced with traditional pets, rodents*, and reptiles*, and I provide gentle, attentive care for animals of all kinds. As a full-time remote worker, I’m home throughout the day and can offer a consistent, calm presence. Whether your pet is energetic, elderly, or a little shy, I’m happy to follow their routines and give them lots of love. I’m also comfortable with medications, special diets, and senior pet needs. I treat every home with respect, and every animal like family. ⸻ 🐶 Dogs I have an old-time Scotch Collie, age four. She’s a well-trained, responsive, dog-friendly pup. I have an open-concept/split level house that I gate off to provide different spaces for dogs to decompress and have their own, dedicated area while still being a part of the family. If personalities don’t mesh or if your dog is older or more reserved, I can easily separate the pups in our space. I live just off a bike path and walk or run daily with my collie. I’m happy to meet whatever cadence of walks your dog prefers. I also have a small fenced area where I offer potty breaks or I will walk them around our 1 acre property. Your dog won’t scare my cats—in fact, they may become friends. My two long-haired cats are incredibly mellow. In past dog-sitting experiences, they’ve remained totally unbothered by barking, sniffing, or attention-seeking dogs. They’re actually so mellow and I don’t know why, they’re just weird. When a new animal arrives, they’ll investigate, decide whether it’s worth their attention, and then go take a nap. ⸻ 🐱 Cats If I’m sitting for your cat, I will provide a private room in the house, complete with their own litter box and space to climb, lounge, and settle in. I don’t believe in forcing intermingling with my resident pets—I want your cat to feel safe and relaxed. I will check in regularly for play, attention, and cuddles on their terms. —Unique Family Members— 🐭 Rodents I’ve had six pet rats in my life and think they’re some of the most wonderful animals—smart, affectionate, and full of personality (I even broke a toe playing tag with one when I was little!) I’m happy to care for any small critter and always consider them part of the family. I also have experience with hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs. ⸻ 🦎 Reptiles Although I only have Rex right now (my 22-year-old ball python), I’ve also cared for a variety of lizards and feeder animals. From bearded dragons to leopard and crested geckos, I’m familiar with preparing collard green salads, dusting crickets, maintaining humidity and temperature, and ensuring overall habitat health. I’ve even ordered crickets in bulk—so I know they require care too! While Rex is currently fed frozen rodents, I’m also comfortable managing live prey animals if your reptile/s require them. As a full-time remote worker, I’m home throughout the day and can easily build pet care into my routine. I take regular breaks to go for walks, give attention, or check in on animals staying with us. My mornings and evenings are flexible, so I can match your pet’s normal schedule—whether that’s medication timing, playtime, or feeding routines. Animals are a natural part of our daily rhythm here, and I love incorporating their care into my day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, animals are never left unsupervised with each other until we know everyone is comfortable. New pets are introduced slowly and calmly, with plenty of space to decompress. Sometimes personalities don’t click, in which case we easily keep them apart so that everyone is happy. I follow your pet’s routines as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding times, medication, or exercise—and I’m always happy to check in with updates. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll treat your space with respect and follow any specific instructions you leave. I’ll keep your pet’s world feeling familiar and low-stress until you’re home again.

About: I've had a lot of experience watching dogs and cats for many family members and friends. I also have experience working at an animal shelter for many months. I'm confident in my abilities to handle any kind of temperament and create a comfortable environment for every pet! When I have done drop-in visits for pet sitting, I like to do up to three visits each day. Morning, early afternoon, and evening are the times I typically try to check in. With each visit, I follow their food schedule, take dogs for potty breaks (and/or check cat litter boxes), spend a good amount of time playing with each pet, and cleaning up before leaving. At a client's home, if there isn't a yard for their dog(s) and they need time outside, I typically map out a trail for walking/potty breaks. Before taking any action, I like to ask the owner's preference on their pets' comfortability in where they walk or spend their time.

About: Hi, I'm Hannah—Your Dog’s New Best Friend! I have a deep love for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a calm senior, I connect with each dog individually. My experience with my own rescue dog, who I trained over 12 years, has given me a unique understanding of caring for dogs at every stage of life. I’m reliable, communicative, and treat every pet like my own. I offer dog walks, playtime, potty breaks, and more—all tailored to your pet’s needs. I make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy, whether we’re walking, playing, or just hanging out. I’m available on weekends and Wednesdays & Fridays when I work from home. I can also do early morning or late evening drop-ins or walks on weekdays. Whether I’m caring for your dog at home or mine, their safety and comfort are my top priority. I take time to understand their routine, favorite activities, and any special needs so I can provide the best care. I also have a fenced backyard for safe playtime when needed.

About: At the age of 18, I worked as veterinary assistant in an animal clinic. I provided hands on support on surgical procedures such as distemper, anemia, and other critical illnesses. Throughout my career, I have cared a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, mice, hamsters, iguanas and rabbits. I understand the importance of providing each pet(dog/cat) with a diet tailored to their breed and lifestyle to support their overall health and wellbeing. In addition I had experienced on hand-raising litters of puppies whose mothers were unable to care for them. I rescued dogs and cats from the streets in which I dedicated my time to feed, rehabilitate and socialize them. Ultimately finding people who can adopt them. It allowed me to pursue my passion for helping animals and making a meaningful difference in their lives. My dedication, and commitment to animal welfare have shaped into a compassionate and reliable person, fully devoted by providing care to every animal I encounter. I’m currently working full time, on weekdays I’m kind of flexible until 9:15am on mornings and afternoons from 6:00pm-as needed. On weekends I am free all day. I have a fenced yard which will keep pets safe. It also I live in the heart of Eden Prairie which recreational parks are near me.

About: We are caretakers for all our family and friends fur babies when they need help. For hours or days. We lost our golden doodle to cancer and miss having another dog around but aren’t ready to commit to our own yet. Let us spoil yours! Between the four of us we typically have great flexibility in our schedule. We do work outside of the home so the pups need to be able to withstand 3-4 hours alone. We have a large fenced in yard where they can roam freely or play with balls and sticks or just lay on the sun if they’re lazy 😊

About: I have two dogs at home who are my whole world, I love caring for them! I also currently work at a doggy daycare, where I get to spend my day with dogs and learn their mannerisms and more about them. I also do volunteering at Mission Animal hospital to learn more about the medical aspect of animal care, as my dream career is to be a vet! I’m currently working part time, and I am about to be out of school for summer, so I will have plenty of time to spend with all of the dogs!!! I care for pets as if they were my own, and i care deeply about all animals even if they are not mine. I love the idea of sending pictures and videos to parents of their dogs having fun, because as a dog owner I know that extra peace of mind is nice.

About: I’m a passionate pet lover with hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently share my home with a sweet cockapoo and a spirited chihuahua, and I truly enjoy the daily routines that come with pet care—whether it’s feeding, walking, or cleaning litter boxes. My comfort and familiarity around animals make me a reliable and compassionate helper for any pet-related needs. I have over 17 years of experience. I currently work from home so my schedule is flexible. I can stop by and help with any pet needs quickly. I can schedule time between meetings. I have two dogs, 5 years old that I love to walk and play catch with. They love to snuggle and be petted. I give them love.

About: Hello, my name is Emma Toms and I’m twenty-six years old. I’ve been around all kinds of dogs my whole life. My family and I have been a foster home for two different rescues since I was a kid. We would get a lot of different personality dogs. I have been dog sitting for a little over four years now for a couple of different families. I’m experienced in watching any age dogs, from puppies to seniors. Can watch high energy dogs and even dogs that love to lay around and cuddle. I’ve around a number of dogs that have needed additional care. For example, I’ve handled dogs that have been deaf, had joint problems, and even have needed to be administered medicine. I would love to get to know you and your pup(s). I work Monday through Friday 8-5. Able to watch dogs before, after, and on the weekends. Only able to dog sit at owners house as my apartment does not allow pets. I willing to stay overnight to make sure that my client's pet/pets feel more comfortable when they are gone. I like to provide updates/photos to give my clients a piece of mind knowing that their pet/pets are being well taken of.
