I also completed a two-year Small Animal Science program and currently foster dogs. Through fostering, I’ve helped 7 dogs find their forever homes. I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, energy levels, and needs, and I’ll always treat your pet like part of the family. Pet care fits really well into my schedule because I work consistent hours at a school! I’m typically available after 2:30 PM on weekdays, in the evenings, and on anytime on the weekends. I love spending my free time caring for animals, whether that means taking dogs for walks, stopping by for feeding and playtime, spending time with cats, or providing overnight care. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine to make sure they receive the attention and care they need while you’re away! Your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities! I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, litter box cleaning, medications, and daily routines. About: I have had dogs and cats, and taken care of other small animals for my family for years. I understand the bond of families with their animals and respect that! I am retired from full time work, but do participate in volunteer activity. A part time role of caring for your pet as needed will best fit my schedule. Or providing in home care for your pet while you travel will work as well. I am happy to come and take care of your pets in your home, where they are comfortable in their own environment. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
