Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Francis is kind, thoughtful, and clearly has a huge heart for animals—she had a senior dog herself so she understands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madi stay with Francis again. We rescued Sophie 1 year ago and she had a really tough life prior to coming to us so we are very careful that she only have the most positive experiences and no longer lives in fear. After meeting Thelma I knew this was the place for our little one.The day we left, Sophie wasn't well, which made us even more anxious. Thelma has such a calming manner that we were ok in leaving her. At the airport we received an update picture of Sophie. This calmed us so that our trip was then off to a good start. We received updates every single day on how she was faring. I bragged and showed everyone I could. They couldn't believe how attentive Thelma was. The home environment is like a 5 star hotel so clean and very homey atmosphere. My little one thrived under the attention of Thelma and Gary. When we came to pick up Sophie I saw her out for her walk and she looked so content. No fear no stress just a very happy little one. We definitely feel we have won the lottery by finding Thelma and Gary and definitely will use them in the future.”

I have a very flexible schedule. I am available for both weekday & weekend overnight bookings. Either staying at your pets home. Or, welcoming your pet into my home (small & medium size dogs only please). Flexible with the stay length, ideally up to 1 week but I am open to longer. In my home, I offer an individualized environment without any other pets, have no personal pets. I am only accepting 1 pet at a time. Your companion will receive individual care and attention. If the dogs are siblings, I can accommodate up to 2. There are plenty of green spaces nearby for walks and playtime. I ensure that feeding, exercise and play sessions are done to your specifications. For overnight stays in my home, please provide enough food/treats and medication if applicable. If caring for pets in their own home, I will maintain their routine & environment to minimize stress. Whether, in my home or yours, I prioritize creating a safe and loving space where pets can thrive while their owners are away. I ask that you please provide me an orientation to your dog, that includes information on their feeding, potty, and medication schedule.
