About: New York transplant who just moved to the greater L.A. area. I, along with the rest of my roommates, am a young professional and have always had an immense love of dogs. I live in a new, dog-friendly building with my girlfriend and another dog-owing couple in which the majority of the other residents are other young professionals who own dogs as well. There is ample space spread out between the building courtyard and the surrounding block to take the animals out to walk and play. We have a dedicated cabinet in the kitchen for dog treats and items. I primarily work on the computer from home, so Rover is the perfect opportunity for me to work with some new friends in a wide-open open environment.

About: I Volunteer at an animal shelter, I’ve worked at adoption events for local rescues, I’m patient with any animal, including difficult ones, I have a boxer of my own so I understand Care, needs, playtime, baths, food, water, medications for older dogs. I currently work 2 jobs one full time & part time. I work at a fast food place and as a cleaner for a boxing gym. I also go on runs, coffee shops, dog parks. I will be checking in and taking care of the dog with pets, playtime, (baths if needed). I will also take dogs on long walks, comfort your dog in moments of distress, keep your fur baby nice and clean meanwhile maintain cleanliness in dogs area.

About: I’ve been an animal lover as long as I can remember. Having four legs grants an automatic friendship with me! I have experience training my own dogs. They can sit, stay, stand, twirl, and sleep (I’m really good at teaching the latter). I also have experience helping animals with extreme health issues such as tube feeding, giving pills and liquid medicine, and caring for an animal in a fragile state. One of my dogs also has a very strict diet due to a health problem so I understand how important that can be. I have watched high energy dogs, anxious dogs, and everything in between, and I love getting to know the personality of new dogs! I’ll also respect your home and make sure doors, gates, and other areas are properly secured. For dog walks, I’ll keep your dog safely leashed and pay close attention to our surroundings throughout the walk. I’ll follow any instructions you provide regarding their usual route, behavior around other dogs or people, and anything else I should be aware of to keep them safe and comfortable. For drop-in visits, I’ll check on your pet and take care of their needs according to your instructions, including feeding, refreshing their water, potty breaks, cleaning up after them, and giving them attention and playtime. I’ll also keep you updated on how your pet is doing so you can have peace of mind while they’re in my care.
