“My wife and I had Alex stay at our place overnight to watch our cats and she did a wonderful job! She was very attentive and an active messenger for an anxious cat dad like myself. Our normally shy and nervous cat even came out to see her! Highly recommended her to come care for your animals. She left the place looking exactly how it was before we left :) If you need a sitter, Alex is your girl.”

“Jehiny was wonderful! She took care of my English bulldog while I was away for the weekend and sent lots of pictures and updates. The house was so clean it looked untouched when I got back! Will definitely have Jehiny back again!”

“Don was very attentive with our senior dog! She has quite a few needs these days and Don was detail-oriented and followed all our instructions carefully. It made it much easier for us to enjoy our trip knowing that our dog was in good hands. He sent lots of updates and photos. We even think our pup was missing her new friend after we returned. :)”

“Brenna stepped in for me in an urgency and was the utmost friendly, communicative and wonderful caretaker for my two pups - one big and one small. I would hire Brenna again (and plan to!) in a heartbeat. She is the best and a fantastic doggie caretaker.”

“Nikki did an amazing job carrying for my kitties! She was communicative and seriously helped me out, being able to watch them last minute over the holidays and graciously being flexible when I had to edit the timeframe. I came back to my place exactly how I left it and I know my cat's loved her! Will definitely be booking again.”

“Súper professional and accommodating. Needed a sitter last minute for Mother’s Day and Josh went above and beyond. Very good about communicating updates. Handled giving my dog Vida her pill. & just all around a kind and caring guy! Definitely will book with him again.”

“Samantha was our first sitter with Rover, so naturally I was a littler nervous, but she was amazing! She arrived on time, was happy to spend a little time getting comfortable with my dog before we left, and sent picture updates throughout the night. Will definitely be calling Samantha back the next time we need a sitter.”

“Mahalia is the best sitter of all time. I have have 10+ through rover, and they all do fine, but Mahalia went above and beyond to ensure everything was great from day 1 to the end of my travels. My dog is selective, and she passed every test 10x. I will be using her on every trip she’s available for me!!”

“Julia has been just wonderful with Larry, and we look forward to many more visits from her! She is truly caring and thoughtful about animals, very receptive to Larry's crazy complicated care routine, and just generally seems very present with Larry and has a wonderful positive attitude about the whole enterprise. Bravo!”

“Jason is the BEST! Amazing with the dogs, he is calm, collected and has great energy. He easily looked after 3 big huskies without any issues. Not to mention he is an amazing artist/singer/rapper. Will definitely book again!”

“Carley is amazing! We needed someone to stay at our house and watch our two cats and three legged dog and stumbled across Carley’s profile. The reviews did not overstate how amazing and caring she is. She kept us updated and stress free during our wedding weekend. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We will be asking for her help again for sure :)”

“Sarah was great. She was patient and knowledgeable about dogs. Although our dog did not let himself be walked to use bathroom, she was patient and tried different strategies to get him to go out. She was kind enough to bring pee pads with her Incase he couldn’t hold until we got home.”
“Hannah was so great with watching my 11-week-old puppy! Unlike other Rover sitters, Hannah actually interacted with my puppy during playtime, didn’t keep him locked in the play pen all day, she was very good about cleaning up after him, and kept my home clean as well. The state of my home was a concern after other Rover sitters, but I would absolutely rebook Hannah again, for the sake of my home AND my puppy. I could tell he was happy and had a good day with Hannah. Thank you so much!!!”

About: Experienced pet owner (3 dogs, 3 cats, currently own 1 dog) and dog fosterer between 2016-2018 for multiple organizations! I recently had a stray dog take shelter on my patio, likely not a coincidence, and after a week of coaxing managed to bring her inside my home with crate training (my dog Petunia was a great companion) and get her into rescue! See 3rd photo! I truly love animals and have experience with all sizes, energy levels and even fear based aggression. I administer meds to my dog daily and am extremely specific when it comes to my own dog's care, so I know what it means to be a client with high expectations! I love getting to know and develop bonds with animals and it has always been natural to me. Depending on your dog, my dog Petunia can cohabitate with yours or yours with mine. I have a flexible remote schedule, with more availability on Fridays and Saturdays. Afternoons and evenings during the week work very well for me! I consider any Rover service a delightful respite where I can disconnect amd focus on your pet! I am likely unable to host your pet in my home, but its a possibility, and I will quite happily visit yours! I am very good about making a calm entrance and getting to know each pet "on their level".
“Jami was the most excellent anyone could be. She canceled her original plans for the night to dog sit for Teddy, knowing I was coming into town and not having any luck finding anyone else to stay with him while I attended a concert. I was extremely late getting out the door and she had no problem being extremely patient, waiting around the corner just reading until we gave the go-ahead to come switch for our parking spot at the motel in which we were staying. Once finally WITH Teddy, she did a wonderful job keeping him company and sent me plenty of pupdates that he was just relaxing and snuggling. She communicated clearly about how long she could stay and we encountered zero issues meeting her back on the agreed upon time. 12 out of 5 stars here. Absolutely book with Jami. :)”

“Emilie was very thorough and responsive. My apartment was in great shape when I came home, and also when I came home, my cat acted like I had just come back from a trip to the store, which is a sign to me that she did not miss me much at all!”

“Mari is fantastic and clearly a cat lover - and understands cats! When she came to meet Busy for the first time, she took all the time needed to bond with my kitty and ask all questions about her care. During her time with Busy, I received the cutest photos and videos showing my kitty super comfortable, getting all her play time, and cozying up for naps every day during her stay. Mari also maintained my apartment extremely well and I’m very thankful for that! I am so happy Mari is now in our lives and I wouldn’t think twice before booking her again!”

“Rose was a great support for my last minute trip! She took great care of my little Slim, helped me navigate the app as a first time user and even cared for my turtle Knuckles lol Highly recommended & will definitely book again in the future.”

Michelle was absolutely wonderful with my pup Bruno! As he’s gotten older staying at boarding facilities became anxiety inducing and he had a tendency to become behavioral. After six whole days with Michelle I came back to my happy and relaxed boy who clearly got lots of love and attention. Michelle provided updates and care for not only my pup but my home and a huge peace of mind for my time away. I cannot recommend Michelle enough, I’m beyond grateful and will be booking with her again in the future! Thank you so much Michelle!!
