About: My first dog was a beagle mix adopted from the Humane Society when I was four years old. She was a part of the family and my best friend growing up. Once I got my own place, I adopted a beagle (Lucky) from the Humane Society as well. He passed in 2020 at the age of 15 after living a full & amazing life. I only lasted about three months after Lucky passed before I absolutely NEEDED another dog in my life. I took a dog home from Detroit Animal Care as part of the "Couch Surfers" program for what was supposed to only be a few days but of course I fell in love with him. This boy was one big strong, beefy, wild Staffordshire Terrier with serious behavioral issues and a history of abuse. I decided to foster him (Navy) and within a few months I had corrected the majority of his behaviors. He was ultimately adopted after about six months. I have had two other foster dogs since then, both of which were adopted into happy homes. I currently have a 7 year old Boston Terrier named Kiki & a 1 year old bunny named George. Any dog coming to my home would have to be dog friendly & able to tolerate the bunny. He is a free range bunny but can go into his enclosure when necessary. He also thinks he’s a dog because he was raised with one lol we have a decent size fenced backyard in a nice walkable neighborhood with lots of activities nearby. I am also available to watch your pets in your home and/or for drop in visits. I absolutely love all dogs & have had literally a lifetime of experience with proven success breaking challenging behaviors. Every dog is a true blessing to this world. I am also available to care for bunnies & other small animals. I look forward to meeting you & your pets! I have open availability on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, and I am available to stay overnight Friday - Sunday. I am not available Fridays until after 5:00 p.m. I am available for dog walks and drop in visits evenings during the week Monday - Thursday after 5:00 p.m. Willing to make accommodations as needed. I am able to care for pets in both my home and the owner’s home. I welcome any dog into my home that is dog friendly as I have a dog of my own (7 year old female Boston Terrier). My dog loves other dogs & would love to play with yours! We have a nice size fenced yard to play in. She is also very chill and can respect boundaries if your dog prefers to do his/her own thing. I do have a bunny but he will be in his enclosure when other pets are in the home. If preferred, I can stay at the owner’s home and I am available for overnight stays. I can take care of all of the dog's needs - ie. dog walking, medications, feeding, etc. and I have experience with dogs of all ages from puppies to seniors. I am open to any task the pet owner needs.

About: Hi friends!!! I took a break for a bit from Rover but I am back & ready to care for your pets again 🤍 🐶🐈‍⬛️ My name is Stephanie & I am 31 years old. I will start by saying I have 3 young kids in my house (9,3,2) Please do not request to book with me if your dog does not do well with kids 💓 I do also babysit, and will have an infant here during the week. Please note that young children and a baby will be in my home during the week. I am a big animal lover & have grown up with animals all of my life: childhood dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs and fish! I have 1 cat Fluffy. Fluffy has been a part of our family since 2019. He was just a kitten when we got him, and our oldes son chose the name Fluffy :) He is a sweet boy and does great with my children. I have grown up with animals all my life, and I love and care for any type. Please note again: I do have 3 children in the home, so I cannot accept in an aggressive dog, or any dog that does not do well with kids. My very first dog was adopted from the Detroit Zoo when I was around 3. Her name was Daisy. She was a black shihtzu and lived to be 17. We actually ended up in the newspaper with a photo of us on the front page promoting the adopt a pet day at the Detroit Zoo. Your pet will be safe, loved and taken care of when they are in our home. My children do wonderful with pets and we love them like they are our own. I am a stay at home mom to my three wonderful boys, so I am home full time! It gives me the flexibility to care for pets at my home. I can also visit someone else's home for drop in visits, but only during the weekends :) Myself and my family love spending time outside. Your pet will be able to spend a lot of time in our fenced in back yard with us. We do have balls and dog toys here to play with, but of course I encourage you to bring your pets favorite toys or items with them. ********************* We have 1 pet in our home, our cat Fluffy. If there are other animals in our home, Fluffy typically keeps to himself and hangs around outside or in the basement! We taught our children to give our cat gentle touches and love. We have also taught them to give gentle touches to the pets that are here for boarding and daycare 😊 Our cat has been around small and big dogs! We have a ranch style home and fenced in yard. I do have baby gates up so if your animal cannot go up or down steps well, we can close off our basement.

About: My and my husband had our own pet sitting business for 18 years, until the Pandemic ended the business. I have been out of the business for a few years but would like to do it part time because I love the variety of pets pet sitting gives. I work part time at the Warren Community Center but would like to supplement that with something else part time. Mondays and Tuesdays and Sundays I am off. I have 2 lovely cats that I have total care for in my home. Recently my older cat took to pooping in my bed. I got a very large cat box and that seemed to have done the trick. Past clients of mine have said they couldn't find anyone as good as me to take care of their Dobermans.

About: I own a German Shepard and a Weimaraner. Dogs bring a joy to my day. Although I’m not licensed to train, I have done advanced training with my German Shepard with great success. Knowledgeable and attentive. Taking this on more as a hobby to stay busy. I can do overnight stays, walks, simple daily care etc. Decent sized fenced in backyard. I am available any day or time of the week. I currently have a light work schedule and lots of free time on my hands. I have the experience and attentiveness to give your dog the care it needs. From walks, playtime or bellyrubs while we soak in the sun. I will comply with the feeding schedule and amount you request.

About: I've had dogs all my life, including my own all of my adult life. Most of my adult life, I've owned two dogs and have raised them since puppies. I've also assisted my mom with her dogs including transportation to and from daycare. I've also cared for friends pets from time to time including cats. I currently have summer off and looking for work that allows flexibility. During the school year, I am traveling and can stop by and care for your pet. I will flexible to your pets needs including walking, stopping by to feed, go potty and give them love and treats as well as crating.
