We are a mature, dedicated couple turning our lifelong passion for animals into a full- time retirement journey. My (Jennifer) background includes years of working with a wildlife rescue and operating professional mobile petting zoos. Kelly has helped me with petting zoos since late 2023. We are both comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and species of animals. We currently volunteer at our local animal shelter, walking and socializing dogs of all temperaments. We are also studying and learning basic obedience training and practicing with the dogs at shelter as well. And Kelly has recently finished dog grooming school and is working as a groomer. With both of us focused on your pet, someone is almost always available for potty breaks, playtime, and companionship! We follow your house rules and medical instructions to the letter. We will always do what we are able with any available time that we have. Unfortunately, we are unable to bring cats or dogs to our house. However, we can bring caged animals to our house if that kind of care is needed. We have experience with indoor bunnies, guinea pigs, geckos, hedgehogs, ferrets, bearded dragons, and snakes, just to name a few examples of animals we could bring home with us. In your home, we would request a detailed outline of what you would need done and how you'd like us to do it. We respect people and their property, so we would only go into the common areas of your home, and any areas you've requested service in.

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and caring for pets is something I truly love. I have over 10 years of experience looking after dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve dog-sat many times for friends and families, including caring for multiple pets in one home for weeks at a time (3 dogs and 4 cats). I’m comfortable managing feeding schedules, medications, walks, playtime, and keeping pets on their normal routines so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I also have experience with senior and special-needs pets. I once cared for an elderly German Shepherd whose back legs no longer worked. About: I grew up on a farm and have experience with farm animals, cats and dogs and birds. I've fostered and rehabbed many. Currently I only have my rescued "Adventure" toy poodle. I have taken care of some reptiles but will not call myself a pro. I've also raised/cared for all kinds of domesticated rodents. If your animal needs special treatment medical or has extra picky behaviors, I am willing and not afraid. I've trained most dogs in my life using hand signals and I'd love to learn your training methods. I maybe an old dog but I can learn new tricks. I am also available for house, farm and plant sitting. I am happily retired, so my time is my own. I can't think of a better way to spend it than with my pets and yours. Every home is different and pets have their specific needs. About: I’ve taken care of animals from a young age and I’ve grown to love it, I love it so much I’m going to school and turning working with animals into a full time career. Over the years I have pet sit, dog walking , and cat and dog grooming anything you name it!! I’m currently still in college and next year I’m starting my veterinary journey. About: I’ve been pet/house sitting for the last couple of years. The most animals I’ve worked with at one time is 4. I’m great with a schedule if your pet needs it. I love all pets and I can’t wait to get to know yours! I’m available most of the time I’m not working right now so the only time I won’t be free are for personal matters. I am looking for new work so this may change. I have worked with both larger and smaller dogs. If they are still working in training I can continue to work with them on what they know. I have helped train in the past but I haven’t done any primary training myself.
