About: I’ve been helping with care and dog sitting for friends and neighbors for about ten years, especially for my sister’s cavaliers (pictured) when she goes on trips. I have a lot of experience walking more anxious/shy dogs, and have also wrangled some bigger aggressive pooches - so I know how to navigate a walk to avoid socialization when needed, and keep a tight grip on the leash. I just quit my corporate job, so my schedule is open! Particularly looking to schedule some day-time walks, but flexible on timing, and can potentially do overnights as well I like to defer to the dog’s temperament and let them initiate interactions, or offer treats to grease the wheels. About: I've been a pet owner for as long as I can remember, somewhere around 3 years old. While I'm just now going pro, I've often been the one friends and family trust to take care of their animals when needed. I've been through almost every scenario with pets, from the amazing to the emergent. Your pets are safe in my care and they'll be glad they met me. Typically Mondays and Friday’s at home. Core work hours are 9-3:30 pm so I can be flexible and take lunch breaks. Weekends are typically free to check in on pups, go for walks, etc.! I live in a dog friendly apartment near a nature park with a big walking loop. Can easily crate your dog if provided. I care for pets by following their usual routine and giving them lots of love, attention, and patience.
