Lisa is awesome! Nothing more I can say other than that. We were nervous because it was our first time boarding and Lisa was so accommodating with communication and making us feel at ease. We will definitely be using Lisa again!

Moneissa really does a great job at making both pet and parent feel comfortable! As someone who always feels uneasy leaving their dog with someone else, I was fully confident my dog was in great care with Moneissa. If you love solid updates and reassurance, she is the sitter for you! Eevee had so much fun during her stay and will be visiting again!

Heather was GREAT with our rambunctious pup. We received updates with pics and even a video. We definitely didn't worry about our pup while we were out of town and this was our FIRST time getting a sitter for him. 10/10 recommended. We will be returning customers for sure!

About: Craig and I have had a dogs since age ten. As an adults, we have continued to always have a dog (Spike, 7 lb). We also foster for Bonaparte's Retreat, 42 dogs and counting over the past 22 years. We have fostered special needs (blind, deaf, surgery recovery, special medical needs: pill schedule. We only take small/med breeds. Never more than 2-3 dogs at one time. We like them to have plenty of individual care and attention. They have the run of the house. We are retired and home with our pet guests. We have 5 acres for long walks and a large fenced in back yard. We even have a ramp for pups with issues going up/down stairs to the back yard. Staying with us is like going to Gramma's for the weekend. (some even choose share our bed at night, and that is ok) Available 7 days a week, we are retired. Enjoy walks, play time in the secured/fenced yard. We enjoy time on the porch on nice days barking at the squirrels and having treats. Pet sitting in our home. We have a 14 year old boy, 7 lbs, Spike. We have 5 acres for long walks, stairs and a ramp for pets to get to the fenced back yard area. We are retired and home with our pet guests during their stay. They have the run of the house just like they would at your home. Sleeping in pet bed or our bed with us if they prefer.

Christin was absolutely fantastic with my dog, Lucy. She was incredibly flexible with both drop-off and pick-up times, which made my trip much less stressful. Communication was outstanding throughout the stay, and she sent plenty of photos and updates that gave me complete peace of mind. Lucy had recently undergone surgery, so she required extra attention while wearing a cone and taking medication. Christin handled everything with great care and compassion, and I could tell Lucy was in excellent hands. Her home was clean and welcoming, and the large, fenced backyard gave Lucy plenty of safe space to explore and play. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Christin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive dog sitter!

Lauren went above and beyond taking care of Cece! From the moment we left, I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such great hands. Lauren sent so many photos and updates of Cece clearly having the best time while on walks, hanging out, and enjoying lots of cuddles. It honestly felt like Cece was living her best life while we were gone. If I could rate Lauren 10 out of 10, I absolutely would. I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Lauren, for taking such great care of Cece!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
