“Jessica has watched our dog so many times at this point. He loves her so much, she is so kind and the perfect dog sitter. After having a few not good ones she’s the only one we use!”

“I recently moved to the area and was nervous about having to find a stranger to watch my sweet dog, but Heather was the perfect fit! She was very responsive, professional, and is a great sitter to entrust your best furry friend to. My dog came home happy, tired, and expecting the same fun and play time he was getting at Heather's house. 😅 Thanks Heather!”

“Savana was very sweet and took good care of my 15 year old lab mix, Josie. She sent me pictures along the way. She also administered arthritis meds to my dog. I needed help loading her into my car when picking her up(Josie has bad arthritis and can no longer jump in the car by herself),and instead of assisting me, she loaded her for me, making it look very simple. (85 lbs)”

“I had to make last minute accommodations for my dog. Roy was very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I would definitely use his services again.”

“Great communication and our dog had a great time! Olivia made our dog feel so comfortable and she came back home very happy. We will definitely use Olivia's services again.”

Enjoy walks, play time in the secured/fenced yard. We enjoy time on the porch on nice days barking at the squirrels and having treats. Pet sitting in our home. “Was great accommodated my senior dog. Sent us ample pictures and went above and beyond when they weren't eating by finding ways to help them settle in. They took the request on short notice I recommend Belle.”

About: I've taken care of other dogs on and off for at least 15 years, and always been in charge of the house pets. My dog Boba and I go to the park and have lots of experience interacting with many dogs. We get lots of exercise together, have a big yard, and have lots of balls to fetch! If pet sitting, would leave your pet alone for at most 2 hours to bring my dog to the park, if he needs it, or a few minutes to grab food. Would be willing to bring your dog to the park with us. Mostly free roam of house and fenced in and camera'd ~1 acre yard. Fenced in yard, cameras outside to watch. Do not leave home during the day, pet will always have someone nearby. Multiple water bowls and beds.
“Brittany cared for our 3 dogs for 10 days and did an excellent job with them. She kept us updated daily and sent pictures and videos so that we could see them. She and her family were great with giving them love and attention. We will definitely be using her services again when going out of town. I would highly recommend her for anyone needing their pets taken care of. Thank you so much Brittany!!”

“Taylor is an amazing sitter, I’m never worried about my dogs when they are with her. Our dogs get along great with her dogs and kid, and they are always happy to go to her house. I love receiving picture mail of the dogs from the visits because they are always smiling, which makes us so happy we sound a sitter we can trust and rely on!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. I love small, medium, and large dogs and cats! I used to own an American bully but unfortunately his owner wanted him back. I enjoy playing, watching, dressing up, and walking all pets! I currently work full time Sun-Wed but I am home most of the time. I have a 3 day weekend, Thursday-at so I’m definitely home and bored lol. I love being around pets! I own a townhome with a garage. My backyard is fenced behind an interstate. I also have an extra bedroom and lots of living space room for the pet to run around!
About: I have owned and cared for dogs throughout my entire life, beginning when I was six years old. Over the past nine years of my military career, I have also gained extensive experience caring for pets while service members were away for field exercises, missions or other military obligations. These experiences have taught me to be responsible, dependable and attentive to individual needs of each animal. I understand the importance of providing consistent care, maintaining routines, and ensuring that pets are safe, comfortable and well cared for while their owners are away. Although I work full time, I have flexible availability outside of work. I am available for pet care and boarding on weekends and on weekdays after 6:00 p.m., allowing me to provide your pets with attentive and reliable care during my available hours. I have a fully fenced yard where pets can safely play and enjoy some outdoor time. Our neighborhood also has several nearby parks and a large open field close to our home, providing plenty of opportunities for walks, exercise, and exploration. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize keeping them comfortable and maintaining their normal routine. I will follow the owners instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and other daily routines. I will also treat the home with the same care and respect I would want for my own home, keeping the space clean and secure while providing the pet with plenty of attention and companionship.
“Mr. Jeremiah was excellent. Great service and even picked her and brought back to us on time! We are thankful that he took such good care of our puppy and provided such great service! We will book with him again!”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Hadensville home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Hadensville.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Hadensville sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in KY ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
