About: Been around many dogs my entire life. Have my grooming license and have dog sit, helped with rescues and administration of medications, physical therapy ect. Offer enrichment and lots of space to run and play! **FYI** if anyone is uncomfortable boarding at my home because I have dogs, I am more than happy, and capable of keeping your pet separate while still giving them a positive experience with plenty of space and love. I currently have an open schedule so will build and work around everyone as I go. Working on building a great efficient and FUN routine! I have a fully fenced in back yard to play in and lots of toys and enrichment stuff to do while here, can also bring enrichment to other homes. Also can do baths, nails, ears, brushing..anything dog, I'm in!

I volunteered at an animal shelter for 6 years and treated each animal as if it were my own! A pet is a family member; therefore, making sure they are fed appropriately, walked accordingly, and given the attention they deserve is top priority. I’d be in charge of walking, letting them out or dog sat for the weekend once I was older. Growing up this way has been a positive learning experience that lead me to be a great dog owner. 10 years ago I adopted Sadie, my first baby. She’s a beautiful lab mix. I have learned so much in the last decade about training dogs. I’ve taken puppy training class and still use a lot of that knowledge till this day. Sadie is extremely well trained and if I could I would 100% be a dog trainer. I’m not a dog whisperer but I definitely have a good understanding of how to handle pups and adult dogs. Dogs are easily my main love, but all animals have a special place in my heart. I value the connection and constant love they show towards their owners. I treat my dog like my daughter and would love to have have more one day. It would be a pleasure to care after your family member. I work full time M-F, with the ability to stop at home during the day. Also my wife is home most Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. So we work together to let the dogs out at appropriate time and keep them on their feeding schedule. Weekends are fun times with plenty walking, hikes, swimming, and dog parks if the owner is comfortable with us doing so. We go for two to 3 walks a day with our playful lab pups. We always have dogs on leash, and we have multiple kennels for our dogs if needed.

Filling their water dishes, giving them their food on time. Making sure they are getting the proper exercise they need. Monthly nail trimmings. Daily exercise inside and outside of my house. Keeping their indoor and outdoor areas clean of 💩 and anything that could be potentially harmful to all pets. I always make sure there is accessible water for all the pets in my home. I also keep feeding schedules logged into my calendar on my phone so that no one ever misses a feeding. Pups go outside at least once an hour unless they show that they need to go out more frequently. Also provide play time, with running around the fenced in yard, playing with toys and tons of snuggles on the couches!

I am no stranger to feeding wet food, or doing daily litter box cleans! Horses: I have been riding/working with horses for about 7 years, & now work for my horses boarding facility part time. My duties at the barn include feeding grain, giving hay, blanketing, cleaning stalls, filling waters & basic tidying. Cows: I have worked on a handful of dairy farms, & worked closely with cows that became show animals for 4H Dairy showing.
