“Joyce was great as always! Very flexible with our ever-changing plans and very good with our cats. She makes leaving our pets at home much less stressful as we know she will take great care of them. I highly recommend her!”

“So happy to find Erin! I was nervous, I’ve never boarded any of my animals before. She gave great updates with pictures. My kitty was obviously well cared for and loved while there. We will be having Erin watch our animals whenever we are out of town from now on. Thank you again so much!”

About: Hi! My name is Brooklyne, I moved to Longview last January from Raleigh, NC. I’ve been on Rover since 2019, although I haven’t been active since around COVID times! I’m hoping to get involved again as a means of earning some extra cash and helping out some local folks care for their furry family members. I’ll be offering services including: house sitting, drop-ins and visits, and dog walking. I do have experience in each of these as I currently have a dog and I had a dog throughout my childhood that I helped take care of. I am not new to animal care and I can guarantee that my care for your beloved pup or cat will be unmatched! I will be available for drop-ins, visits, and walking on the weekends since I work full-time during the week but since I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, I can be available for house sitting on those weekdays. The greatest benefit to house sitting, drop-ins, and visits, and walking is that your pet will be in a familiar environment even though I am new to them. This will help me keep your pet comfortable and at ease throughout the service!
“We've only met Shea once before our trip and our German Shephards took to her immediately. She sent us photos of the dogs playing, something they just love. She did not contact us while we were gone, other than feedback from the visits. Yay, no emergencies. She's great!!! She would be one of my top doggie aunties with only one dog. 3 dogs is just a bit spendier than the others.”
“After two lengthy road trips in two weeks, it was really nice to return home to scooped litter boxes, a clean home, and a happy cat! Gloria does a wonderful job of taking care of both our kitty and our house (and our plants, too!). I highly recommend her.”

“Kendra was wonderful and able to step in last minute for me and my girl. She stayed in touch, and my fennie loved her, and I knew that to be true because she doesn’t get comfortable on anyone else but me. Always appreciative for Kendra’s help and will definitely rebook her”

“Ember gave our baby the best care. She had great communication with us and our mom. She was flexible for our needs and our baby was always tired, fed and loved while Ember was with her. We highly recommend Ember for pet care and walkings!!!”
“Fantastic first booking with Derrick. Kit Kats were well attended to and very comfortable with a new visitor! Derrick kept in good touch with visit updates - no concerns, will be rebooking.”

About: I am an experienced caregiver of pets. In my family is Otis the dog, cats Earl and Sarah, a Galah Cockatoo named Warren and Henry and Marty McFly the budgies. Otis gets along with both dogs and cats and loves to have a buddy to romp with in the yard. I have met some of the most wonderful caregivers here on Rover who helped when I’ve needed to go out of town and would love to help other pet parents when they need to be away for a time. I will provide photos and keep you updated for your peace of mind. I work part-time night shift. My schedule varies but I have lots of availability for feathered and furry friends. Please feel free to check with me about your pet care needs. I have a fenced yard and can provide supervised outdoor playtime or cuddling on the couch. Our dog Otis loves company and to have playmates visit. He gets along really well with other dogs and with cats.
“Kris is a good sitter. He comes on schedule, communicates well, and treats your home and pets with the care they deserve. He has stepped up for me on short notice, and always does a good job.”

About: My mom has been pet and house sitting since I was 8 and i’ve always helped out with and without pay so now I want to continue on my own. (It is very cold out so walking rate applies only for dec-feb) I’m a part time student so early morning check ins and then anytime from 1 to 9 pm is very available. With communication i have some flexibility for any other time. Weekends are completely open. Each visit I would be able to feed your animal, keep them company, play with toys, and do any other small tasks needed like water plants etc.
“Isabella is a great pet sitter! She is very communicative, accommodating, and sweet. She took great care of my senior kitty. Isabella is now my go-to pet sitter and I will certainly be a returning customer of hers. I definitely recommend her!”

Castle Rock cat parents share their Rover experiences
My cats are safe, happy and thriving when in Erin's care. I never have to worry, although we all do when we have to leave our babies for periods of time. Knowing my kitties are entertained and fed is paramount, and Erin really cares for your pets like they are her own precious family. I'm so appreciative of Erin's awesome care for my pets, ahe goes above and beyond (grabbing packages outside, mail, etc.) and is thoughtful and kind. I hope to have her care for my girls always! Thank you, Erin!! Jemma and Puff love you! 😻❤️
