About: I’m Emma! I have cared for and pet sat many different types of animals, from cats, (especially) and dogs, to goats and chickens. Growing up my family always had cats and a dog, so treating animals with respect and kindness is important to me, they deserve it. When I think about how I would want my pets to be cared for, I would expect only the best and same quality as how I would, you can expect the same standard of care I’d want for my own pets, whenever I take care of yours. I was taught about veterinary care for bigger dogs through an internship, so I have that experience if there are any medical needs for your dog. I am a college student currently on break, I can typically do any mornings, mid day and evenings almost guaranteed. Except for Monday’s from 9am-3pm. I care for a cat and a dog of my families at home, and know their routine like the back of my hand. Along with feeding them and maintaining their water of course, I know how to brush, bathe and overall clean pets, know warning signs that they are injured (because cats always hide it really well) and also know how to keep them safe and healthy! I know other people’s routines with their pets may be different, but I am equipped, knowledgeable, and prepared to maintain your routine for your pets, whatever it looks like!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
