“Becca was a great find - we were in town for a wedding and needed a dog walker during the evening events. Becca was so kind taking time to see us for a meet and greet prior to our scheduled appointments. We were very comfortable leaving our pup with Becca.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole live I also moved out to the country and owned chickens, ducks, horses as well as trained my own and would also take care of other peoples farm animals when they went on trips. I’ve had experience with the good and bad of dogs and cats and lots of my first responder training converts over to basic first aid knowledge for your pets care and I also have a pet first aid kit at home. I’m also starting my own dog training business so I have practically everything for your dogs stay all you need to provide is food. I am off on Tuesday,Thursday, Saturday and Sunday so I am available 24/7 to spend time with your fur babies and only need 1 day notice I am currently starting a dog training business so I have multiple cages, for night stays, blankets, bowls, dog food storage containers, toys, noice machines, cooking collars and etc that I wash after every dog leaves after staying with me.
About: I've been pet-sitting since 2014, but only occasionally. I've worked with a few cats, a Poodle, and three Maltese dogs. I've had to feed, walk, and water the dogs. With the cats, I only had to feed, water, and let outside. Even though I've only worked with cats and dogs, reptiles and small animals are more of an interest to me. I'm currently a full-time student, but as of now most of my classes are online. So I can certainly make time as long as it does not interrupt my classes. I am able to only go to a client's home, as I have a dog that can be very territorial and aggressive to new dogs. I can take care of your pet's dietary needs if they are outlined and specific. I will be sure to lock doors and fences. I would prefer tasks to be indicated through text like a care sheet or online.

I have a very flexible work schedule, any extended stays or in home sitting can be arranged with a week (or more!) notice, I can also do farm sitting provided it’s in my expertise! About: I’ve been caring for pets continuously since I was 8 years old — that’s over 50 years of hands-on experience. Growing up on a farm gave me a deep and lasting connection with animals from an early age. I learned responsibility, patience, and the importance of providing a safe, loving environment for every creature in my care. Over the years, I’ve also taken in many strays, giving them food, shelter, and the attention they desperately needed until they found their forever homes. This lifelong bond with animals has given me tremendous empathy for family pets and the people who love them. I understand how much your pet means to you and how important it is for them to feel secure, comfortable, and genuinely cared for when you’re away. Whether it’s a dog, cat, or another beloved companion, I treat every pet with the same kindness and respect I would want for my own. Today, my own dog serves as my daily assistant and constant companion. He keeps me active, grounded, and reminds me every day of the special relationship we share with our animals. This close, everyday connection helps me bring real understanding and patience to the pets I care for. I’ve cared for animals with many different personalities — from easygoing to more independent or strong-willed — and I always adapt my approach to meet their individual needs. Feeding, daily care, playtime, and health monitoring have all been part of my routine for decades. I’ve learned how to create consistent schedules, provide mental and physical enrichment, and make sure every pet feels like part of the family. My goal is always the same: to give your pet the same level of love, attention, and security they receive at home. Caring for pets is a natural and consistent part of my daily routine. I currently share my home with a dog and two cats, so I understand the importance of structure, attention, and love in keeping animals happy and healthy. I maintain a consistent feeding schedule for all my pets. Meals are served at the same times each day, which helps them feel secure and supports good digestion. I’m especially attentive to individual dietary needs — for example, my dog is currently on a carefully managed elimination diet, so I prepare and portion his meals with extra care while still keeping the cats on their own appropriate feeding routine. I also make sure my pets get plenty of activity and engagement throughout the day. My dog gets regular walks that give him both physical exercise and mental stimulation. With my two cats, I incorporate interactive play sessions using wand toys, laser pointers, and puzzle feeders to keep them active and mentally sharp. These daily activities help prevent boredom and strengthen the bond I share with each of them. Above all, I show kindness through positive reinforcement. I use praise, gentle encouragement, and rewards to build trust and confidence. Whether it’s rewarding my dog for calm behavior on walks or praising one of my cats for using their scratching post instead of the furniture, I focus on reinforcing good behavior in a loving, patient way. This approach helps pets feel safe and happy, and it’s the same method I use when caring for other people’s pets. Because I live this routine every day with my own dog and cats, I bring real, practical experience to every pet I care for on Rover. Safety and trust are the foundation of the care I provide. Whether I’m doing an overnight pet sitting stay, taking a dog for a walk, or doing a quick drop-in visit, I treat every pet with the same care and attention I give my own dog and two cats. My goal is always for your pet to feel secure, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Building Trust from the First Meeting I believe trust starts with a calm, respectful introduction. I take time to meet your pet on their terms — letting them approach me first, using a gentle voice, and allowing them to get comfortable at their own pace. I pay close attention to their body language and personality so I can adjust my approach to what makes them feel safe. Pet Sitting (Overnight or Extended Care) When staying in your home, I maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. This includes consistent feeding times, regular potty breaks, and familiar play or rest periods. I keep doors, gates, and windows secure at all times and never leave your pet unsupervised in unfamiliar situations. I also provide daily updates with photos and notes so you can see your pet is happy and safe while you’re away. Pet Activity & Walks Safety is my top priority during walks and outdoor activities. I always use a secure leash and harness (or the equipment you prefer) and remain attentive to the environment — watching for other dogs, traffic, wildlife, or anything that could startle your pet. I adjust the pace and length of the walk to your pet’s energy level and fitness. For dogs who need extra structure, I use positive reinforcement to encourage calm, polite behavior on the leash. Drop-In Visits During drop-in visits, I focus on providing everything your pet needs in the time I’m there — fresh food and water, clean litter boxes, medication if required, and some quality interaction or playtime. I always double-check that your pet is secure before I leave (doors locked, pets in safe areas) and send you a visit report with photos so you know exactly how your pet is doing. General Safety Practices I Follow I carefully follow all of your instructions regarding food, medication, routines, and any special needs. I keep emergency vet information and your contact details easily accessible at all times. I monitor your pet closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or energy and will contact you immediately if anything seems off. I use positive reinforcement and patience to help even shy, anxious, or strong-willed pets feel relaxed and secure in my care. Because I live with pets every day, I understand how important these small details are. My experience has taught me that when pets feel safe and trusted, they’re happier — and their owners can relax knowing their beloved companions are in good hands.
“Paula was awesome! We were in Kingfisher for a month and Paula arrived everyday. Paula went above and beyond during the big winter storm to get my travel buddy out to potty as he is very sensitive to weather changes like we had experienced here. Thank you Paula, my mind was as ease while at work knowing Dublin was in good care.”

About: I have dog sat for multiple close relatives and family friends, dogs ranging from all sizes. In the past I have given baths, administered medicine, stuck to strict diets for certain dogs, took them to the vet if need, as well as fed them, walked them, and gave them all the TLC. I am able to walk more than one dog at a time, and travel to any place to make sure your pup is properly taken care of. I don't mind staying with your dog(s) at your house so that they feel comfortable in their own environment. My family and I own 2 black labs & 1 husky who we love and adore and spoil with more affection than they ask for. I hope I am the right fit for your furry family member!
About: With my 30 plus years of experience know the safety and happiness of your beloved companion is my priority. I have been fortunate to have dogs since before I learned how to walk and my dear 'Princess' was with me for an amazing 15 years, I baby sit dogs anytime I can in between my travels. I have helped my family and friends in good times and in not so good times, (birth and until they cross the rainbow bridge), taking care of their beloved companions. I myself have had at least 10 dogs in my lifetime from a chihuahua to a boxer and german Shepard mix. If I am in town, you can count on me to be there for you both. It is my way giving back to all those wonderful years I have been blessed by my furry companions - Save a little spot up in the stars for us: Princess, Chiqis, Trouble, Bear, Kit, Mystic, Bella, Zeus, Lucky, Luna, and Dexter. My work from home is part-time and flexible except on Thursdays when I have online meetings. However, if you give me a week's advanced noticed, I can usually schedule a meeting for the morning or last evening (as it is pacific time). In addition, if you need my services after 6pm, please include that in your request. If not, I have a neighbor who I accompany with her beloved furry companion to walk around Lake Arcadia and also go on a fun car ride for "deer spectating" - we love looking for the local wildlife in our neighborhood and enjoying each other's company in the search! I appreciate your understanding. With the service I provide, you will receive 2-5 pictures and videos of your fur babies every day, a food/snack log, potty break log - that way you can relax while you're away. I work home part-time and live in a quiet cul-de-sac of my gated neighborhood. My home has an acre to play and a smaller gated fence to run around more freely. I have an open layout in my living room for them to stretch their legs, play with their favorite toys and relax. I will give your loved furry companion the same care and attention they receive at your home. If they enjoy to cuddle on the couch or sleep in a bed, I will gladly do that too. My couch has a pull out bed for your baby to enjoy. Thank you and can’t wait to meet you both!

About: Hi there! I’ve had dogs my whole life, and caring for them is truly second nature to me. For a long time, I fostered Australian Shepherds which is actually how I met my current dog Samuel. I fell in love and ended up adopting him about 10 years ago! I’ve also fostered a Cane Corso who came to me with aggression issues; after some patience and training, she blossomed into a gentle, loving dog and was adopted into a great home. It’s just me, my 15 year old daughter, and our sweet pup here. We go on walks, visit dog parks, and love spending time outdoors to keep everyone happy and active. After a recent split, my dog lost his “brother” and has been a bit lonely so he’s always excited to have some new furry friends around! Whether your dog is energetic and playful or more of a couch companion, they’ll feel safe, loved, and at home here. You can expect lots of snuggles, playtime, and photo updates while you’re away. Your pup will be treated like family because that’s exactly what they’ll be. 💛 I’m self employed and I work remotely most of the time, which allows me to be home and attentive with the dogs in my care. Safety and comfort always come first. I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel secure, loved, and at home. My space is dog-friendly and supervised, with plenty of room to relax or play. I follow each pet’s routine carefully and send regular updates so you can rest easy knowing your furry friend is safe and happy. 💛

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
