About: I have always had dogs and know what it takes to care for them. As a recently retired D1 track and field runner, I am physically fit, strong, and capable to handle dogs of any size. I would love to take your dog out on a run! I am young, engaging, well organized, timely, and always will lead pets with empathy. My care for pets has ranged from puppies to old dogs. ,I do, however, have more experience with elderly dogs. I have provided care from simple pill feedings to care for dogs post surgeries and provided insulin injections. I know what it takes to not only care for a pet, but love them as well. I would live to provide your pet with the love all pets deserve and provide each owner with the peace of mind that I will do my best for each pet. I recently graduated from graduate school and have the summer months to dedicate to things I enjoy before my post-graduation academic endeavors begin in August. At this time, I am pretty much completely free in my days to spend time with my own pets. Growing up, I had two dogs that both grew to be the age of 16. I would always play, feed, treat, and bathe my two dogs. My current schedule can be filled with pet care as my current pets are two cats who don’t need too much care! I wish to fill my days with providing quality pet care support! My first step in providing the best care for pets is being prepared. As a dog walker, I have a map with designated trails that I know I can take dogs on that are from busy streets and people. Additionally, when providing walks away from my trails, I have some techniques that will allow me to be safe and go on walks places that are pet friendly, such as near parks and residential areas. In addition to area awareness, I always make sure I have poop bags, treats, water, and paw wipes for the pets. This ensure that all the needs of the pets can be taken care of. I also live a good set of guidelines and rules. All the provided rules for each individual pet will be followed as exactly as I can.

About: Will always treat them as my own! I have such a passion for taking care of pets. Absolutely love all kinds of fur babies/ pets! I’m a stay at home mom! I am usually always free! Just need a day or two in advance to make sure i can make it! I love going outside so i’d love to take them for walks! When in my home they’re free to roam all around & be on the furniture as they wish!

“Ashley walked our dog twice while we went on an overnight trip. She gave our dog medications at mealtime and sent a summary and pictures after each walk. It’s clear she loves animals and would be a great choice to take care of yours.”

About: I’ve always had a pet growing up and have had personal experience for 7 years. I am very patient and have had experience in training puppies and rescues. I’m also very active and enjoy long walks/running with my own pup. I’m self employed which allows me the flexibility to fit in walking your pups! Mornings up until the kids get home from school will work best for me and allows a big window for you to schedule! I take my dog out for minimum 30min walks but make sure to take a long walk/and or run a day to help her stretch her legs and get fresh air.

About: I have always grown up with dogs and cats. Animal fur was always a “fashion choice” of mine. Right now, I have a 125 lbs pitbull mix named charlie, he has big paws and an even bigger heart. I also have a stubby, long nosed coonhound named Billie, she is jumpy, rowdy, and loves to cuddle. I have lots of experience with big dogs, I grew up with a Rottweiler and a German Shepherd mix. I love my animals so much, and I know firsthand how having a pet sitter/walker can be nerve-racking. I want to provide you with that trust and much needed knowledge that your dogs are being taken care of. Although I do not have as much professional experience as I would want to, I can provide that same love and care and personal experience that you may not be able to get from someone who doesn’t have big dogs like I do. I am young, strong, and able to respond to any messages sent my way. I’m also always taking pictures to send to any of my clients. Keeping you up-to-date is so important as it assures you that things are going smoothly and that your pet is having a fun, restful, relaxing time. Because your pet deserves a vacation too, of course. Hello! My name is Madeline (pronounced like caroline) I am currently a high school senior, who is going to my freshman year at college in late August. I am looking forward to going to college for acting and getting my bachelors of fine arts in the drama department at Carnegie Mellon University. My weekends are pretty open. Besides the small vacations throughout the summer. I am pretty available most weeks. I am in front of house manager at the Olney theater center. I am usually working nighttime (5-11) shows, so I am available during the day. I have had the amazing opportunity of working with dogs in the last show I was in. I did “legally blonde the musical”. We had two amazing actor pups in the show and that was such a great experience for me. I have grown up with animals my entire life. I have two dogs right now and in previous years I had up to four cats all at once. I have such a huge passion for taking care of animals and being around them. I am very interested in volunteering at animal shelters and will continue to in the future. My favorite type of exercise is to just walk outside. If you have a pup who needs frequent walks I am your person! Walking is my favorite. I have so many favorite places to go on walks. I will usually listen to podcasts, music, or study any of my lines for a show that I’m in. I am incredibly tech savvy and will respond to any message or call within a minute or two. I think it’s incredibly important to keep you updated and “in the know” with what is going on while I’m taking care of your beloved pets. At my home I love to take long walks with my two dogs. I am fairly comfortable walking larger dogs, or dogs who like to be on the move. Based off of what you would like me to do, I will follow your instructions to the T.

“Ms. Kat is a fantastic dog walker. Takes such good care of my Winston everyday and takes the best pictures of him. She is also very nice! We are lucky to have her help!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I grew up with a good boy who was a dachshund mix named Mikey. He passed away in 2022. Now, I currently own 2 German Shepherds and so I have experience with both small, big, young, and senior dogs. Growing up, neighbors, family, and friends trusted me to care for and walk their dogs when needed! I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your furry loved ones! My schedule is pretty open and I’m flexible. Your pup’s safety is my #1 priority! I use secure leashes, avoid crowded areas, and always keep a close eye on your furry friend. No risky business!

About: I'm a caregiver to a energy filled Great Pyrenees mix and to a wild orange tabby cat. I've loved pets since I was a kid but cats and dogs has always been my favorite ! Seeing their unique personalities show and how intelligent they are always brings me so much joy! I currently work part time so I'm available for walking during the week after 12pm until 8pm. I love getting my steps in and love being active so walking is super enjoyable for me! I currently don't offer house sitting in my home or the clients home but because I have a space where I do have my own pets, the things they should not get into is already put away, making sure the environment is safe

About: I have provided daily care for my own pet dogs over a span of 10 years. This includes bathing, feeding, walking and even administering medication. I am currently unemployed and looking for work. I have open availability everyday of the week. This allows me the time to take care of and play with your pets! I am very flexible and can guarantee the safety of your pets. If there are specific instructions needed to help me care for your pet, I will be sure to throughly follow through.

Carriage Hill dog parents share their Rover experiences
Madeline did a great job! She took excellent & specific care of our babies. There were a lot of detailed instructions as she needed to feed them, deal with complicated leash systems, and specifics to help the dogs feel most comfortable. Maddy did it all like a pro!! She is very professional and carries out her job duties to a “T.” She even took extra time to give them pets & love after their walks. She is a great Rover asset. We will definitely book with her again.

Kelly took us on last minute and we are extremely grateful! We wouldn’t have been able to go on our last min travel plans if it wasn’t for her. I love that she does a meet and greet beforehand, the dogs and I instantly clicked with her. Her demeanor is sweet, kind and easy going. Will absolutely use her services again!!! Highly recommend!!!
