About: I’ve always lived with animals. I’ve had cats and dogs, I also have worked with horses! I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, horses and chickens. I have a full time job as a teacher, so summers I’m the most available! During the summer, I can pet sit as long as you need! I can easily crate your dog if needed. A fenced in backyard is perfect for your pet to roam while we play outside! I’m able to operate an automatic feeder and water.

About: I have extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats, having grown up with a family dog and owning cats since early adulthood. I have provided pet sitting services for family and friends, including caring for animals with disabilities and those requiring medication. I am currently a veterinary technician student and work as a veterinary receptionist, giving me hands-on experience in animal handling and care. I work full-time at a veterinary clinic in Chapel Hill, so I have hands-on experience caring for pets and keeping them happy and healthy. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting on weekends starting Friday at 6 PM. For clients in the Chapel Hill area, I may also be available for weekday drop-ins depending on my work schedule. During boarding or drop-in visits, I focus on keeping your pet comfortable, safe, and on their normal routine as much as possible. For drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet is fed, has fresh water, gets bathroom breaks, and plenty of attention and playtime. I’m also happy to administer medications if needed and will always keep you updated with photos and notes after each visit. For in-home pet sitting or boarding, I create a calm, structured environment with regular feeding times, exercise, and lots of affection. I pay close attention to behavior and health, and with my veterinary clinic experience, I’m comfortable recognizing any changes that may need attention. I’ll follow all your care instructions closely—whether that’s special diets, medications, crate routines, or favorite activities—so your pet feels as relaxed and cared for as possible while you’re away.

About: I grew up with a German Shepherd and have been caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments for over 10 years. Friends and family have always trusted me as their go-to person when they travel or need help with their pets. When I visit your home, I follow your pet’s existing routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walk routes, and any special instructions. I always send photo and text updates so you know your dog is happy and comfortable. I’m careful about securing doors and gates, and I’m happy to discuss any specific needs like medication or dietary restrictions before the first visit. I also do require that I come meet you and your pet before accepting you as a client. I want to ensure both you and your pet are comfortable with me and vice versa.

I have worked for a boarding/doggie day care for 2+ years that required me to take care of all different sizes and breeds of dogs. My availability would be in the morning before 7:00am and the evening time after 5:00 pm I currently have a full-time job but do plan on doing Rover/Pet Sitting full-time in the near future! So stay tuned!! To ensure the safety of your fur baby- If they are at my home I have a designated area in my home with a dog gate that can separate your fur baby from mine if needed. I strive to maintain a clean space and comfortable for my pets where they can relax and follow their usual routines with no worries. I maintain consistent feeding schedules, provide daily exercise and playtime, and ensure their safety by always supervising. They have designated rest areas (although I do allow animals on furniture), plenty of enrichment activities/toys, and lots of affection of course! I also have a large yard where my dogs love to run around and play with toys (when outside, they are always supervised) and a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks! I am always keeping my eyes on them, making sure they are healthy, eating/drinking, and exercising correctly. In a clients home is a bit different as this is not my personal space. I tend to follow the routine/schedule exactly as written and complete the usual duties such as feeding, walking, playtime, waste/litter cleanup, etc. I keep the home clean, ensure safety over the property and animals, and provide regular updates and photos to owners during each visit. I always double check and make sure all pets are comfortable, safe, and have everything they need in their space before I leave.

About: I’ve had animals of many kinds from tiny to huge growing up. I’d normally house sit for family and friends until I decided to join the Rover crew. I enjoy house sitting as I’ve realized pet are usually more comfortable in their own homes. I have the ability to bathe, walk, feed, and of course play with your pets! I am a part time college student doing majority of my classes online. For the time being my schedule is an empty open book waiting to be filled! I have a huge soft spot for making your pets the happiest they can be while they are with me! If they enjoy the car, cuddling up for a movie, stores, parks, or even just being in the backyard you name it and I’d love to make it happen! About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. My mother was a dog sitter when I was younger so that has made me comfortable around most if not all breeds. I would help her with the feeding while she took them out. Now that I’m older I have two huskies and a cat. My goal is to eventually have farm animals, mainly as pets 😂. So, my love for animals is quite enormous. I do currently work from home M-F. I can give potty breaks every 2-3 hours while working. Since I work from home your pet would have to be well mannered while I’m on the phone. They of course will be welcomed to lay around me while working and will be loved on the entire time 😊. I have a huge yard, 2 acres worth. About 1/2 an acre is fenced in for the dogs. I have 2 spunky huskies well one tends to be more lazy than anything and I have a cat that loves our dogs.

She was comfortable with walking him, even tho he was really excited. She listened carefully to my instructions and made sure to follow the training we are doing with him since he's still a puppy and we're still training him. She took him on a 1.2 mile walk.
