About: I grew up having pets since I was born, including dogs, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and others. My daughters and I have taken care of our neighbors and friends dogs, and we have experience interacting with cats from my brothers and friends. We have a cat named Pumpkin and a guinea pig named Cozy, but my daughters are longing for any dog-sitting especially, so we have plenty of space, love and affection to spare, if needed. I am a teacher with my summers off. My daughters are in camps periodically, but we are largely staying local throughout the rest of the summer, and I have a number of house projects that will keep me based at home for most days. I have a pet-friendly townhouse community that I live in. Safe, slow-moving cars, dog-walking areas with doggie bag stations, coupled with open grassy areas, and conveniently located near several close-by parks and even a dog park 10 minutes way. Other dogs are leashed in the community. If needed, your dog can be kept in our finished basement, with plenty of space to move around. In your home, if you prefer to have the dog walked nearby and/or caged at night, that will not be a problem.

About: Being a pet owner (of all types) most of my adult life has blessed me in ways I can't even put into words. I have looked after 8 week old puppies as well as cared for the elderly. It would be my honor to look after and care for your four-legged family members in the same way I would want my "kiddos" to be looked after. I will always put them first and I will ensure that they receive the same love and affection that they would receive from you during every visit/stay. About: Hey! My name is Conan and Im a veterinary medicine student. I love working with animals of all types and sizes and I'd love to meet your friend! I have experience fostering and volunteering at animal shelters, including everything from dogs, cats, bottle-fed babies, elderly kitties, reptiles, ducks, chickens, special-needs dogs/cats, and birds. I am FEAR-FREE certified for dogs and cats as well! I have a few years of experience dog walking and I have house sat for people with all different pets & for varying amounts of time. I also have two cats and a leopard gecko of my own! They are my best friends and whole world. I'm currently going to Vet school full time several days during the week, but I'm available Friday through Monday for bookings. When house sitting I can spend as much time as is needed in the home for walks, playtime, any cleanups, potty breaks, etc. But I do prefer to sleep in my own home because of my two cats who need me at night. However I am flexible and if your pet has a specific need or doesn't do well being alone certain times of day we can work to accomodate that. Your pet's safety is a non negotiable for me, it is so important to me that your pet feels comfortable with me no matter what we're doing. Establishing a bond with an animal can be the most rewarding experience in the world! When talking about safety with any pet, I take a precautious approach with anything that could become an 'oops!' or a 'hey you, get that out of your mouth!' moment. So I will always take precautions with anything being left out unmonitored like toys, food, anything chewable, stringy, or soft toys, etc. I never want to have to think twice about a preventable accident with your pet, so I always take the time to keep everyone safe. This goes especially for walks, your dog or cat's safety is always going to be at the front of my mind when interacting with any other furry friends nearby, as it is always better to be safe than sorry. Every pet needs a different relationship approach, and different play styles! There are some pets who just want to cuddle, ones who need specific play-styles to be interested, and others who need someone up to the task of frizbee-ing the Tasmanian Devil out of them! I know personally one of my cats only wants to lazily swat at one specific toy he keeps losing, and the other wants to run and leap around for 20 minutes straight. I am dedicated to learning what your pet really likes so they have a great time with me, and you can go to work, over a friends, or on vacation without a worry that they living their best life.

About: What sets me apart from others is I'll never change from being kind. Kind is where it is and will always. dogs come first in my eyes I can work on your schedule. I love being punctual. If you need a sitter I will try to be there when requested. Don't believe me try it out I will only do as told. I will never go out of boundaries. What you say goes. About: I’ve had a dog since I was 7 years old who recently passed away. I live with my parents who are also fellow animal lovers and love when I pet-sit for friends. It brings life and fun to our household to host your furry friends. I currently work part time waitressing a few nights a week nearby. I am off weekends so I have all that time carved out to take care of pets! I have an unfenced, medium sized open field directly across from my condominium building I can take your pet for potty breaks and play time. I can keep them leashed for their safety. My parents, who I live with, are fellow animal lovers who love spending time with animals. I have a lazy cat who spends most of the day sleeping, but he lives upstairs in our split unit with my parents. My unit is entirely separate from where he resides, so if your pet doesn’t like cats, it’s no problem!

I’m pretty flexible with my schedule and able to fit pet care into my daily routine. I work part-time and spend time at a barn, but I plan my days around the animals I’m responsible for. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting throughout the week and on weekends, and I’m good at sticking to a consistent routine that works best for your pet. I always prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, and any specific care requests. I’m very aware of my surroundings, keep doors and gates secure, and make sure pets are always supervised and safe. I also keep you updated so you feel comfortable and know your pet is in good hands.
