Hi! I’m Cara, a dedicated animal lover and experienced pet caregiver originally from Buffalo, NY and currently based in DelCo. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic puppies to mellow senior dogs. Whether it’s a walk around the block or an overnight stay, I’m attentive, calm, and always focused on your pet’s comfort and safety. I love cats, too!! I’m trained in pet safety through Wag! and Rover and will always make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and happy. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and notes during each visit so you know your furry family member is in good hands. I am available on Wag! as well and am always taking private clients :)

I’ve always had a soft spot for animals & am a pet parent myself. I am a seasoned Social Worker (BSW, CFRS), where I bring the same care and compassion to my four-legged clients as I do to the people I serve. I have spent nearly two decades working closely with diverse populations and communities, and I understand how important trust and clear communication are.

This is our second time using Cara and we are always grateful for her. She demonstrates a lot of love and care towards our babies. She is very communicative and reliable.
HIGHLY recommend. Came home to a really sweet note with treats for the lil dude and got daily cute cat pics throughout the week. Never used a sitter before and was nervous but Cara made it so easy and Chewie had a blast!
Cara was so lovely to work with and took amazing care of our two pups! She was easy to communicate with and the dogs were clearly comfortable being with her! We will definitely use Cara again!
Cara is the BEST! My buddy Apollo is always happy to see her because he knows he’s going for his walk that he loves. Cara is always pleasant, great with Apollo and has concern for his welfare whether it’s too hot, if he can have a treat, or if he pooped haha! Cara rules!
Cara is the best! She takes care of Gambit as if he is her own dog. He looks forward to seeing her, going on walks and playing. I don’t think I’d ever find anyone as great as Cara! I consider her part of the Gambit family
Cara did an amazing job watching my two pups! She took great care of them and gave me plenty of updates and photos so I knew they were in good hands. Cara left the house tidy & neat when we got home. Highly recommend Cara & can’t wait to have her again!
