About: I recently moved back to Kennebunk after working in finance to slow down and focus on what matters most to me: being outside, staying active, and spending time with animals. I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have an 18-year-old cockapoo who I love dearly. About: New to pet sitting but have a life-time of experience with dogs. Dogs seem to respond to me easily and favorably. I enjoy caring for dogs. I am fully retired so my schedule can be very flexible. I will try at all times to accomodate a client especially if a short notice request is made. I will only house sit dogs in a clients house. I will care for the dogs feeding, all necessary walks, and of course some play time.

She gives Mona pets and out-of-crate time and will refill her water or change her blankets if that’s needed! I can tell how much she loves dogs because she is a great caretaker! She is also a great photographer and gets better pictures of my dog than I ever have. Because of Samantha, Mona is much less anxious when I am gone and she no longer pees in the house! About: I am a dog lover at heart and they know it! Wherever I visit I often find their fur baby right by my side. I have taken dog training classes and lean on my naturally loving and patient talents to create that bond. I take care of two dogs, two cats, and two guinea pigs. However we also have a turtle and two parakeets in my home as well. Every day I feed the cats and guinea pigs. Dogs need to be taken outside often. Guinea pigs need their bedding changed weekly. I will make sure all instructions are followed to a T. I understand how specific pet owners are about their pet’s needs. Dogs will receive plenty of pets, cuddles, and playtime while time when I’m around. Attentive care is my goal.

I took care of my dad for ten years (he had ALS) and am very compassionate and patient with caregiving. I'm here to help! I work from home five days a week 10-6, but am totally flexible/can swing by to take care of your sweet pets! If you prefer I stay at your house for a longer time to watch your pet, that works for me as long as I could bring my laptop. I don't currently have pets in my home, though I am allowed to bring small pets in as needed. I do have a large backyard.
