I have veterinary assistant training, dog training assistant experience, and I’ve volunteered at numerous animal shelters throughout my life. Beyond my professional experience, I’ve been around animals my entire life. I grew up spending time on my grandparents’ horse farm in upstate New York, helping care for the horses and other animals. Over the years, I’ve personally owned and cared for a wide variety of pets, from dogs and cats to small animals, birds, reptiles, and farm animals. Dogs and horses have always held a special place in my heart. As a mom to a teenager and 5 fur babies of my own, I know pets are family. I treat every animal like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for. 🐾 I have a flexible schedule during the week. I’m only unavailable from 7:30–9:00 AM and 2:30–4:00 PM on weekdays for my daughter’s school drop-off and pick-up. I come prepared for every visit with my own utility belt stocked with all-natural treats and waste bags, plus my own leash, ice-cold water, and a travel water bowl. I also bring a tennis ball for playtime, a brush for pups who enjoy it, and paw balm when needed. 🐾 You’ll usually see me arrive for visits by e-bike 🚲, but I use my car if weather conditions call for it. I’m also comfortable caring for large, strong, and high-energy dogs.

Some ways I ensure safety and trust are but not limited to: - Meet and greet first: If wished for, I am more than happy to schedule a quick visit beforehand to go over routines, restrictions, and any special needs your pet or home may have. - Detail oriented: I keep a checklist for every home whether it's entry codes, alarm systems, pet quirks, or emergency contacts, etc. - Respect your space: I clean up after myself and your pet, and I will always put in the effort to leave your home looking exactly as I found it.

About: I've cared for many types of pets since I was 14 including large and small dogs, fish, cats, and reptiles. I have two dogs of my own. Can provide references upon request. Currently taking care of pets is my full-time focus. Available 24/7 for any type of care needed including feeding schedules, playtime, walks, ect. With overnight care, I spend time playing with the pets I'm caring for as well as making sure they have everything they need. I keep the house clean and I leave the place how it was left. I may leave for brief periods to make sure things are handled at my own home.

I also like playing catch with dogs purr with the cats and I do give animals little massages to give them some extra energy and good all around love. I am very energetic and fun ☺️ If you request services and don’t message me back I will assume you don’t need any services. Also if I accept request and it goes unanswered and the day of services needed arrives and I still haven’t received a response I will cancel request . I currently work part time Monday-Friday in the afternoons so I’m free morning and after 6pm. I’m also free on weekends. I’m super flexible so if you need care just let me know at least 1 day before. I make sure pets feel comfortable and that they can trust me. I’ve worked with super anxious dogs who took a bit to warm up but eventually felt safe and secure.
