“Lynne does such a great job! We feel so at ease knowing that we have left our fur babies in good hands. Thank you so much Lynne for once again taking good care of our kitties!”

“Courtney was professional and communicative, which made me feel safe leaving my cat Kimchi under her care for the longest period we’ve been gone since getting her. Getting pictures and little descriptions gave me peace of mind abroad. Thank you Courtney!!”

“Ashley did a great job communicating the visits she had at my home I appreciated her loving care and attention to details. Plus, her humor in accepting the silly dog and chickens I letting her charge. Everything looked great when I returned home.”

“Literally the best pet sitter we have had in the 5+ years of pet ownership. If you have big dogs, you’ve found the right sitter, Myranda does soooo well with our jumpy GSD. She has such a great energy that will have your dogs wishing she comes and visits even though you’ve come home.”

“Last-minute request and she was flexible and willing to take care of my fur baby, even though she had not met him yet. I provided videos for the meet and greet and my fur baby loved her.!”

About: What makes me different is the love and attention I give every pup. I’m patient with playful puppies who are still learning and gentle with senior dogs who need a little extra care. Every dog has their own personality, and I enjoy adapting to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved like family. Caring for pets is one of my favorite parts of the day! I love starting and ending my days with walks, playtime, and cuddles. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a long walk, or hanging out to keep them company, I make pet care a natural and fun part of my routine. In my home, I make sure pets feel comfortable and safe, with plenty of playtime, walks, and snuggles. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow the routine their pet already knows—whether that’s feeding schedules, favorite toys, or cozy spots for naps. My goal is to keep pups happy and stress-free, just like they would be with you!
“I couldn't ask for a better experience with Tim. He was attentive, responsive, and carried out my (borderline unreasonable) instructions to the letter. My two cats took to him right away. (They trust nearly nobody; I was amazed by their immediate comfort with a new person.) Tim provided me with daily updates and I had no worries about their care while I was away. In short, Tim and Rover made me able to enjoy my vacation. Tim is my go-to for future sitting, full stop.”

About: I have always been an animal lover but I really started getting into taking care of animals in high school. My first job was at Country Friends Vet Clinic. During that time I got my CVA 1 certification(certified veterinary assistant) and I ended up working for them until I graduated high school(an amazing 2 1/2 years!). During my high school years I adopted two cockatiels named Ollie and Speckles. They became my bestest little friends. It was then that I realized I loved taking care of pets. My senior year of high school I also ended up adopting a Leopard Gecko I named Hikari! She loves watching top gun😂. I then moved out to college and got my Bachelor’s Degree while working as an Operating Room technician at Texas A&M Small Animal Hospital. I also recently(Nov. 2024) earned my RECOVER Basic Life Support Certification. It was in college that I got my first pup, Atreides. She was my soul dog and I loved her to bits. Three years later I adopted my Belgian Malinos, Azula, to give her a friend. I also found out that I love training dogs and so I spend most of my free time seeing what crazy things I can teach my pups! After Atreides passed, I adopted another German Shepherd in honor of her, a puppy named Ashoka. She is my little shadow and always makes sure I’m taken care of. All of this is to say I have tons of experience with high energy pups and I don’t forget the small animals! I also do exotics! I am a full time college student so during the school year I might have a little more limited of a schedule but if I’m free I’ll definitely be able to swing by to check on your fur babies! I will also have more time on weekends to care for your pets. Right now I have classes most weekdays however even if I have the day blocked off I might still be able to take care of your pups especially if you are wanting me to drop in at a later time. I am a big fan of always having something stimulating for your pet to do! Whether that is playing with toys, doing enrichment toys, or training basic obedience I like to make sure I am doing something exciting with your pet! With all that play I always remember to provide water in this Texas heat. While taking care of your fur babies I will feed, walk, play and clean up after them so you don’t have to worry when you are away! I also love exotics!(I have two cockatiels and a leopard gecko)
“Andria was amazing!!! I had a few issues and last minute changes and she worked with me no matter what! it’s hard to leave my baby and I can tell how much fun he had with her. She definitely gave me a peace of mind and always sent pictures. I recommend her 100% if you want someone trustworthy and loving to your baby! Andria thank you again! will definitely be re booking”

“Jessica fulfilled a last minute request for me to drop in on Bella. She was responsive and provided excellent service. She also provided several pictures. I would use her again!”

“Claudia was amazing and kind to my Lily! Took the time to play and pet Lily and send me photos so I wasn’t worried. First time using Rover and will definitely have Claudia watch Lily again when I’m out of town.”

About: What sets me apart is a lifetime of genuine love and hands-on experience with dogs of all ages. While I may be young, I've been the primary caregiver for my own dogs for years, giving me a deep understanding of their unique needs. My experience includes raising my own dog, Peanut, from a puppy in 2020, so I am well-versed in the high energy, patience, and consistent routine that young dogs require. Furthermore, I care for my dog Butters, who joined our family in 2021, and have experience with the compassionate care elderly dogs need. This hands-on history includes administering daily oral medications, managing different canine personalities at the same time, and ensuring every dog feels individually loved and attended to. For over four years, I have been solely responsible for the reliable and trustworthy routine of feeding, walking, and caring for my dogs. You can have peace of mind knowing I will follow your instructions precisely and maintain your pet's normal schedule to minimize their stress while you're away. Ultimately, my goal is simple: to treat your furry family member with the same love and attention I give to my own beloved Peanut and Butters! My weekly schedule as a college student is actually perfect for pet care. I have no classes from Friday through Sunday, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I'm free from noon onward. Since I don't have a job, I can offer my full and undivided attention to any pet I care for. This means your pet would become my main focus. This flexibility allows me to provide excellent care. On weekends, I am completely free for long walks, adventure hikes, or just providing constant companionship through house-sitting. For pets that need afternoon care, my free time on Tuesdays and Thursdays is ideal for long visits, play sessions, or stopping by to break up their day. My main goal is to keep pets happy and comfortable by sticking to their normal routine. Since I stay in your home for overnight stays, I make sure your pet feels like they're on a fun staycation. I follow all your instructions for feeding, walks, and medication, and I’ll also take care of your home by bringing in mail and watering plants. My schedule is very open, so I can spend lots of quality time with your pet, giving them plenty of attention so they don’t get lonely. For shorter drop-in visits, I come by to let your dog out, play with them, or just keep them company for a little while. I always make sure they have fresh water and give you a quick update with a photo so you know they’re doing well. When I take dogs for walks, I focus on giving them good exercise and making sure they’re safe. I follow your preferred route and let them explore at a comfortable pace. After the walk, I’ll make sure they have water and are settled back in. No matter which service you choose, I’ll keep you updated with messages and pictures. My flexible schedule means I can give your pet my full attention, and I always treat your home and your furry friend with care and respect.
About: In my life, I have cared for nine dogs, one cat, two snakes, and a hedgehog. I find pets to be one of the greatest things about life and I love them dearly. Friends and family have asked me to pet sit since I was 14 and it's always been my favorite thing. I am currently a full-time student Monday through Thursday but with mostly online work so I will be available every weekday for about 4-6hrs each day, longer on the weekend. Unable to care for pets in my own home as I have my own cat that does not get along with most other pets however, I am able to care for your pets in your home any way that is needed including things like frequent potty breaks, mess clean up, daily walks, and plenty of play or nap time. I am more than willing to adjust to you and your pets needs.
About: I've taken care of numerous cats and dogs in my area and want to start spreading out! I am a volunteer and foster at the ADL of Texas. I have also spent time shadowing at my local vet clinic. I work only two days a week, so I have plenty of time for your pets! During school hours I am free before 9am and after 4pm. On weekends and holidays, I am free for the whole day. Since I volunteer, I know just how to treat any critter that might be tentative at first. I can also administer medicine swiftly if needed.
“Wonderful caregivers! My GSD and kitty were pampered while I was out of town and I couldn’t have been more happy with who was in my home. Amazing service and will absolutely use again (:”

“He’s very kind and comes on time. Also very good with my fur babies and shows them love. Sends pics per visit and is available at the times that we need him to come ☺️!”

“Abby was great taking care of our boxer while we were out. She got alone with Sabrina right away or vice verse. From the first visit, we knew we were in good hands and she was very professional and if we ever need services again, we will not hesitate to contact her. Highly recommend to friends and family.”

“Andrea was great with Jax. She checked in often and provided great feedback on her time with him and clarified everything to ensure his needs were met. I can tell he enjoyed his time with her and I will definitely be re-booking with Andrea in the future.”

Canyon Creek Village pet parents share their Rover experiences
Austin was an excellent cat sitter and I gave him 5 stars without hesitation. He was very reliable and communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire time he watched my cat. I always felt comfortable knowing my cat was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend Austin to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter.

Karen was amazing with my kitties. She always sent pictures of the food, water, and clean box along with pictures of the kitties playing and cuddling. One of my cats needed to be in an e-collar, and every picture of him that she sent showed him wearing the e-collar. Her detailed visit summaries were correct and accurate descriptions of the kitties’ personalities, showing she actually spent time with them and kept them company during her visits. I am so grateful she took great care of them during the holiday season. Thank you Karen!

Hannah was great with my cat. He warmed up to her immediately and was great with him while I was gone. I was nervous since it was my first time leaving him overnight, and I was gone for over a week. But he did well under her care. And she went above and beyond by cleaning around his litter box, taking out the litter box's trash when needed, and more. If I need to go on vacation again, I'm glad to know I have someone I can rely on to look after him again.
