About: My name is Ben and I live with my wife, Laura, in Canaan. I work from home and we are both available as needed throughout the day to provide close supervision, companionship and outdoor time for your pet. We grew up with a lot of pets, and have always loved being around dogs especially. We have had several Saint Bernards in the past and are comfortable with large dogs. Whatever the shape or size, we look forward to getting to know your pet and giving them the best care we can provide. We are happy to host and are flexible to travel, both weekdays and weekends. Looking forward to hearing from you! Availability 7 days/week with flexible work hours. Can travel to your home and stay overnight if needed as well as take out for walks during the day. Our house is spacious and comfortable with a large yard and surrounding areas to take for walks. Will follow instructions carefully to best accommodate different needs.

About: We (myself, my nine-year old daughter, and our beagle) love to be active; truck rides to shady spots of water on hot days, to snowshoeing fun on trails in the winter (short walks around the neighborhood and “brain puzzles” take the cake for rainy days). We have learned new tricks and training skills through classes with a certified trainer. I am by no means a decorated professional, but I am educated and experienced with dogs. No more than one family of dogs at a time for services (up to 2 dogs). I prefer to keep our daily group small, and more one-on-one. Whether I’m there to hang out with your pup, or to take them out and about for the day, potty breaks are a must. If the weather is nice, we may spend our entire time outside! Please let me know if my beagle is okay to come with, or if your dog would do best without a four-legged friend.

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and energy levels, I provide thoughtful, personalized care that goes beyond just feeding and walking. From spirited puppies to mellow senior cats, I’ve supported animals through every life stage—with plenty of love, patience, and play along the way. I’m confident handling multiple pets, giving medications (including oral and topical), and creating calm environments for anxious animals. I’ve worked with high-energy dogs who need structured adventure walks, and I’ve soothed shy rescue cats who just need quiet companionship and gentle care. My own life is full of furry friends, and I truly treat every pet like family. Whether your companion needs a hiking buddy, a cozy lap to nap on, or a sitter who takes litter box duties seriously—I’ve got you covered. As a homeschool mom who works from home, caring for pets fits seamlessly into my daily rhythm. Our days are structured but flexible, which means your pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, and consistent care throughout the day. Whether it’s taking a dog on a midday adventure walk or giving a cat some quiet companionship while I work, your pet becomes part of our loving, pet-friendly home environment. My kids are gentle and respectful animal lovers, so there’s always someone nearby ready to offer an extra cuddle or throw a toy. Because I'm home most of the time, I’m able to give pets a calm, consistent presence—perfect for those who get anxious when their humans are away. Pet care isn’t a side gig—it’s part of our family’s lifestyle. I provide loving and attentive care in your pet’s own environment, helping them feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Whether it’s regular walks, playtime, or giving medications, I follow your pet’s routine to ensure consistency and minimize stress. I’m also happy to clean up after them, including litter boxes or any messes, to keep their space tidy and calm. During my visits, I focus on creating a nurturing, stress-free atmosphere for your pet. I’ll send you updates and pictures, so you can rest easy knowing your pet is in great hands. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, or extra cuddles, I’m dedicated to providing the best care, right in the comfort of your home.

About: I’ve had my own pets since I was a child and currently am the proud mama of a 6 year old German Shepherd. I’m comfortable with any age, breed, and size, however I do have three 4-year old children who may accompany me on walks/drop ins, so I am requesting only animals who are friendly with friendly children.🙂 I’m available for walks or drop in care any time Monday-Friday between 8:30-2:30. I have potential availability before or after those hours as well depending on my schedule that day, feel free to check if you’re in need! About: With 20 years of experience caring for dogs, including senior dogs, I provide a warm and loving environment right from my home. I can expertly administer any needed medication, so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in great hands. Let’s keep your pup, no matter their age, happy and healthy together! I live on 5 acres of land, and pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I start each day by feeding and walking my pets, allowing them space to explore. Since I work from home, I can spend quality time with them, playing and training throughout the day. I check on their health regularly, which includes grooming and giving any needed medication. On weekends, I take them on adventures around our land. Pet care brings joy and structure to my life! I care for pets in both my home and my clients' homes by providing a safe and loving environment. In my home, I have a friendly 18-year-old Australian Shepherd who helps create a welcoming atmosphere for other pets. I ensure they have plenty of space to play and explore, while also maintaining a clean and comfortable area for resting. I follow their routines closely, including feeding times, walks, and play sessions. At a client's home, I respect their space and follow any specific instructions or routines the pet is used to. I make sure the environment is safe by removing any hazards. I also give them regular check-ins to ensure they are happy and healthy, and I am always available for cuddles and attention!
