While she has been our pet sitter for the last couple vacations all my worries have been gone! She takes the best care of him and I could not recommend her more!”

“I’ve been having Meilin do drop ins with my old puppet, Zoe, for 3 ish now and Meilin has been such a pleasure to work with! They communicate any issues or concerns about Zoe with me quickly and the couple times they were running later or earlier they let me know. I know Zoe can be a lot sometimes and I appreciate that I never had to worry about her when Meilin was watching her. I highly recommend booking Meilin for all your pet sitting needs especially if you have a senior doggo!! 💚”

About: I’ve lived with pets all my life, and I’m pretty relaxed and patient with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or somewhere in the middle, I try to match their vibe and keep things comfortable for them — just like I do with my students. I can handle walks, feeding, and giving nervous pets time to warm up. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and always make sure pets get the care and attention they’re used to at home. My schedule is pretty flexible. I only teach in the evenings twice a week, so I have plenty of time during the day and on weekends to give pets steady attention, walks, playtime, and care that matches their normal routine. I live in a very pet-friendly apartment building with strong security and controlled access. I keep a calm, organized environment and follow each pet’s routine closely so they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I always pay attention to details and make sure pets are never put in unsafe situations.
“Very much appreciated her watching our puppers again for us. There happened to be icey roads while we were gone and she did a great job of keeping us informed on the situation of not being able to get across town due to the road conditions. She did make it as soon as it was safe to do so. Would use her again in a heart beat.”

About: I’ve had pets (Guinea pigs, cats, dogs) my whole life from the time I was a baby and have loved and cared for each and every one of them! I also worked at the zoo for years handling and caring for a variety of animals so I am just a lover of all animals! I am American Red Cross Pet First Aid Certified. I am also currently in online school to become a vet tech as caring for animals is my lifelong passion and what brings me the most joy in life. I am very comfortable with giving medicine/shots or anything else health-wise your pet may need. I am a very organized and responsible person so you can trust your pet is in the best hands possible. I have a fully fenced in large yard and I also live in a super safe neighborhood for walks! I also have and can provide several pet related items (food/water bowls, big crate, small crate, toys, leashes, collars, foam stairs for elderly or dogs with mobility issues to make getting on furniture easier, blankets, dog beds, etc). I will treat your pet as my own and go out of my way to ensure they have an amazing and stress free experience while you are away! I will provide daily updates every night with pictures/videos and contact you if any issues ever arise. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send a message and ask away :) I’m currently in online school and doing pet boarding full time, so I am home 24/7 except the occasional grocery store run or family dinner. Depending on your preferences, they will be able to free roam or can be crated if I ever have to leave. I have no pets so your pet/s will be my main priority. I have a large fenced in yard and also live in a safe neighborhood with sidewalks for walks. I also have water/food bowls, collars and leashes, blankets, foam stairs or a ramp for elderly animals or animals with mobility issues so they are able to enjoy the couch and bed, multiple pet beds, toys, baby gate if they need to be confined to one area/room of the house, one big and one small crate if they prefer to be crated during night, thunderstorms, or if they just like hanging out in there (one of my dogs loved just walking in her crate and taking naps as it was a comfort place for her). I’m home 24/7 except the occasional grocery store run so your pet will receive lots of attention!
About: I've had my own dogs and a cat my whole life. Additionally I got my first horse at 12 and have been around large and unique animals forever (even pet deer and alpacas!) From my baby Miniature Pinscher to my Great Dane I am capable of providing individualized care. I am currently a student athlete at DSU. I ride on the equestrian team so after my one in person class I am typically in and out of the barn with lots of time to spare as everything else I do for school is online. Pet care fits into my routine as a priority. I recently moved to Dover for school, and miss my dog terribly. Prioritizing your dogs in my schedule is not just a job for me, but a source of happiness! We have a large backyard for fetch and a safe neighborhood for walks and adventures! One block over we have a small park area as well. We have no other animals in the house, just four college girls who are all missing our companions from home. In the house your dog can roam freely about and sleep in my room/bed with me, whatever they are comfortable with.
About: I've been in the pet care business and rescue since 2006, I've fostered retired racing greyhounds, and I volunteer with KY humane. I especially love the senior pets and I'm great with shy dogs. I really enjoy casual training those young ones during walks to keep them consistent with you at home. With 17 years of experience, I've seen it all and problem solving is something I'm great at. Dog walking and Cat sitting is my full time job, so I make it a point to be available when I'm needed, and always work holidays and weekends with no extra fee. I take care of pets in their homes, where they are most comfortable and secure, I provide regular updates and photos so you never have doubts about their care, and encourage open communication with their humans.
