“We visit Stowe often and sometimes don’t bring our dog because we didn’t know anyone here that could do visits for her if we are out for a long period. Alison solved that problem! She did a great job with Maisy, while we were out all day - two visits, and Maisy warmed up to Alison quickly. When Maisy was timid at the beginning of the first visit, Alison knew just what to do to, and by the second visit Maisy welcomed Alison in with a wagging tail and led her all around the neighborhood on their walk. Thank you Alison! We will see you again for future visits!”

“Taylor is the best! I have 2 medium small dogs that Taylor has befriended and cared for! She clearly loves dogs and they love her! She is caring, attentive to their needs, responsible and reliable! One of my dogs is partially paralyzed in the hind end and gets most of his exercise in his wheelchair/cart. He has various special needs and Taylor did not hesitate to take on this ,challenge learn about his daily needs and exercise routines and has given him the best loving compassionate care. She has come to enjoy my dogs quirky personalities and they quickly warmed up to her. She has stayed in my home and i am perfectly comfortable leaving my dogs with her when i go because she respects my home and keeps her eyes on everything when I am away! She is kind and thoughtful and I feel lucky to have found her!”

“If I could have Sade watch my pets every time I went out of town, I would. They're everything you look for in a petsitter - reliable, communicative, friendly, dependable. My dog gets so excited every time he sees them. Sade also just understands cats so well. My cat, who is so scared and hides from everyone she meets, actually hung out with Sade while they watched her and was purring and making biscuits by the end of the week. Sade's maybe the fourth person ever to earn her trust - they're willing to take it at your pet's pace, whether that's crazy, fun times with the dog or mutual-respect-turned-to-trust with the cat. I cannot recommend Sade enough; meeting your pet where they're at is an underrated skill in the petsitting industry and I feel so lucky I found someone who can adapt to all kinds of different animals and their different needs. Oh, and they send plenty of pictures while you're gone. What more could you ask for?!”

About: I have two rescue dogs (ages 13 and 11 yrs old) that I've cared for since they were babies. I'm a nurse by trade. I'm used to dealing with different personalities and needs. I am reliable and trustworthy. I will treat your pets and home with attention and care. I I work per diem as a nurse but my job allows for a good amount of flexibility. I can ensure that am available to stop by according to your pet's needs. I can certainly do some overnight care if needed. I can follow any instructions regarding care of your pet. If I have a concern during your absence I will either text, call, or provide the level of attention needed (based on your stated preferences in such situations).

About: I’ve had pets of all sorts throughout my life and have a serious passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. Let me give your babies love in your absence! Pet care is currently my only job, aside from being a full time mom. This means I’m available almost every day of the week! If your pet is not child friendly, please make me aware so I can make arrangements for my son, otherwise I will likely have him with me for some visits! I’m currently not working a “typical” job, but have a toddler son so my time is spent between caring for him and my pets, and providing whatever services my Rover clients may need! When I enter your home, I’m sure to cater to your pets individual needs as well as follow any rules you’ve provided for your space.

“Macy is an absolute rock star. She’s taken care of my 3 elderly problem child cats twice now, and both times, she was reliable, thoughtful, communicative, and went out of her way to be kind to both my cats and myself. If you’re looking for a sitter with expertise in handling challenges like medications and special needs, Macy is 100% on top of it. She’s given my cats transdermal meds in the ears, pills (including to a VERY pill averse kitty), allergy drops via oral syringe, and special diets for each cat including capsules mixed into food. All of my cats are super shy, but they come out for Macy and stay social and happy with her. We’ve tried a lot of different (and excellent!) cat sitters out, but Macy is the best, our go to person. Can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you so much Macy!!”

About: I’ve taken care of many different dog types from family and friends dogs. I am very good with dogs and love to be around them I’m currently working full time in Burlington Vermont and work 7-3:30 Monday thru Friday. I also work some Saturdays depending on work but am free to go over after work or on my days off. I like to go outside and play with the dogs and just give them company. I love playing with animals inside and outside so they can get exercise
