“Hannah was a delight to work with. She took very good care of our girls! She is very flexible, which is so great with our crazy schedule. I got pictures on a regular basis and the girls looked just as comfortable as they do at home. It is so nice to have someone that we can trust with our fur kids!!!”

“Becky is great! Our girls were spoiled and played with the other dogs to their hearts content. When I picked them up it was very obvious that they were completely happy being there.”

“We could not have asked for a better first experience finding care for our dog . Rebekah and her husband were so personable and seemed genuinely excited and happy to host our Nelly. Rebekah sent updates throughout the stay along with pictures . We will definitely hire her again ! Thank you for taking such good care of our furry family member!”

“Our dogs loved it here. The perfect environment for them. Our one dog is a very anxious dog and she usually doesn’t do good with boarding and when she comes back she’s a wreck but she came home perfectly normal and the dogs loved it there. Candace and her husband were so kind and treated them like their own. I have our next stay already booked for them.”

“We needed our two dogs watched over the weekend! I love that she had a fenced-in yard for the dogs to play in. Jaymie was very quick to respond to my texts inquiring about the dogs. Would definitely have her watch our babies again!!”

“Alex was great with my nervous guy. We’ve boarded him in the past and he always seemed to be anxious and have trouble eating. He settled in quickly with Alex. I think being in a home environment was more like his everyday routine.”

“This is my first time using Rover and I booked a somewhat last-minute stay for my puppy with Jennifer. I have a very energetic three month old puppy, but he undoubtably had a great time and was in wonderful hands! The location is quiet and expensive so he could run around and play. 100% recommend and will use Jennifer again if needed! Thank you so much for everything!”

“I was very impressed Marie and Mark. When we first went to meet them, Marie took Luna off her leash so she could explore the house. Luna jumped up on the couch to be next to them. They did not care and just petted her. The pics the sent was Luna going on walks and curled up next to them. I felt very comfortable Luna was just fine. Will use, for sure, again.”

“My dog’s first boarding experience. Travis and Sophie made them feel comfortable. My big boy got to play lots of ball and run.! My old girl got lots of pets and love! Thank you for the good care!”

“Tammy and John took great care of Harry. I hate to have to leave him behind, but knowing he is well taken care of puts my mind at ease. He was a tired pup when we picked him from having fun play time in their huge fenced in backyard. I love that they snuggled too! We will be back!!”

“Our Boon loved being at Talisha’s, especially with his buddy Jack! Finally a dog his size to play with. I can already tell he misses him. Open communication and pictures from Talisha was the best. We love seeing Boon having fun! The Rae-Pederson Family”

“Our dog Miles was welcomed into their home immediately. He was loved and well cared for. Thomas was an excellent communicator and was committed to providing top notch service. We will definitely take Miles back!”

“Kristi is awesome sitter for our 4 legged friend. She loves spending time with Kristi and gets so spoiled with lots of attention. We will definitely continue to use her services.”

“Thanks for taking such good care of our mini-schnauzer when we were out of town. He clearly had a good time. We appreciate the communications and updated when he was at your home.”

“Brandi and her family were WONDERFUL!!! They treated my dog Hank like family, with lots of love and plenty of neighborhood walks. They comforted him during a thunderstorm, and he even got to join them on the bed for a snuggle. I'd book Brandi again in a second, in fact I already have! 🙂 She gets 10 stars in my book, and in Hank's!!!”

“Alisha and Cameron took such great care of our dog Bear! He was so happy at their house. They provided lots of updates and pictures. I know he got lots of love. They have been our favorite Rover family to date!”

About: I have raised several dogs from the time they were puppies. I have done obedience training with all of them. I truly enjoy the loyal companionship of a dog. I am currently on SSDI, so I am retired. I do have a karaoke DJ business, but that usually only takes me away one or two nights a month. I currently have a French bulldog who is fixed and he is very friendly with other dogs. I also have two cats, but I have the ability to separate them from the rest of the house.
“Olivia was amazing. We traveled for a week and my dog had a blast. Awesome yard to run around and a super cozy dog spot for overnights. Olivia shared texts and photos and was so kind and chill! I appreciate her so much and would highly recommend.”

“We highly recommend Brenda and Al! Great communication, flexible and took exceptional care of our big guy. It was so nice to go on vacation and know he was with genuine and good people who cared for him like he was their own! Thank you!! Steve and Laurie”

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
