Rajah and Zoe toke to Brittney when we did a first meet and once again a few days before we left town for the weekend and they were completely comfortable with her and even my cat toke her, and he normally doesn’t take to strangers right away. Brittney responded to my text with in a reasonable amount of time when I messaged her. So, yes we would use Brittney again.”

About: My undergraduate studies in Animal Cognition first brought me to Florida six years ago. I instantly fell in love with the sand, sun, and ability to truly live an outdoor lifestyle. And, it only gets better now that I get to share all these beautiful things with my rescued GSP pup! I have dedicated my professional career to studying the behavior of animals, whether it's marine mammals, horses, or our beloved canine companions. I have recently found myself returning to my passion for dog training and personalizing everyday routines to best suit my clients. Just like many of us paw parents, our pets equally benefit from consistency and familiar support. Taking this extra step to understand your pet's day-to-day routine and specific needs is how I plan to ease you both while you enjoy your time away. Don't worry, we plan on enjoying our time together too as we play, snuggle, and maybe sneak an extra treat or two! Just like you would if you were home 😉 PLEASE NOTE: *A scheduled MEET & GREET with your pet(s) will be REQUIRED prior to finalizing any services. *I have a FULL-TIME job and cannot guarantee midday potty breaks for most bookings. *I currently DO NOT offer boarding or daycare services. I am currently employed FULL-TIME during the weekdays. I am most available to help in the early mornings, evenings, and for overnight stays. Depending on the location of your residence, midday potty breaks may be feasible. I can always provide personal recommendations for daytime sitters/walkers upon request! I DO NOT offer boarding in my home at this time! My rescue pup is focusing on building his confidence, but continues to make friends everywhere we go. I hope to offer in-house boarding services soon. When applicable, vaccination records and references will be required upon booking.

“We booked Meredith to house sit and be with our 2 puppies for 7 days. This was our first time using a Rover and even leaving our pups to someone who wasn't their grandparents. Luckily, Meredith was very quick to respond to all messages sent even before we went on the trip. We had a couple of meet and greets prior to the trip which helped the pups get used to her. She sent us photos of Sophie and Scruff daily! We will definitely book her again. Thank you Meredith.”

About: I’ve worked on farms and worked with multiple animal types from dogs to goats. I’m accustomed to schedule planning and checking everything off each day and night. I am open in the afternoons and early in the mornings. I am quite flexible as long as I have prior notice. I also only work Sunday - Wednesday at my full time job ! I have a very relaxed home as I have my own puppy and she has full ranged of the entire house. She is fixed and potty trained. I do have a yard, and it is fenced in!

She communicated with us the entire time we were out of town and she was able to give our puppy his medication while we were gone. We were so relieved to find an animal lover like her. About: I will provide a tremendous amount of love for all pets that enter my home. I grew up mainly taking care of dogs but I have also experienced one cat, two birds, and two Guinea pigs. I've had two litters of Chow Chow puppies that I raised. My most recent pet of my own was 2020 when I welcomed our first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to our home. Your pet will enjoy their time with me as their pup sitter, whether it's a brisk walk or overnight slumber, each moment is cherished as if they are my own. My personal experience will get us safely through the day, a belly rub a day keeps the fear away. Pet care fits in perfect for afternoon care. I work full time but have time for brisk walks out or a playful pup park run. Weekend sleepovers are fun as well. I currently crate my dog when away and allow freedom when home under adult supervision. When outside, a leash is mandated unless we are at the dog park, until our fence can be completely closed in.
