This is a special review. When we dropped Fritz off with Shannon Monday, we had no idea we would be facing a hurricane by the end of the week. Shannon was proactive in sharing their plans and preparation, and gave me complete confidence and peace of mind that he was safe and being treated as a member of their family 'unit' in their storm plans. Shannon gets 5 stars for the excellent care and communication, but an extra shout out for loving him through the storm. Highly recommend Shannon, she is clearly an animal lover and will prioritize your baby just like she did mine!
Reya is amazing! I left my dog with her for 2 weeks, and I have never felt so reassured and comfortable. This isn't something I've done often and was so hard for me to leave Woody for 2 weeks, but Reya was so patient and it was so obvious she cared. Will 100% book with her again and recommend her to anyone who wants a trusted and caring person to look after their dog.
Sara was AMAZING. I was so scared to leave our Jax with just anyone. Especially with other animals. She made sure her pets and mine got along.
