He was freshly bathed when we picked him up. Emily even accommodated a early drop off. I was completely pleased with the experience and felt comfortable on our trip. Our pup was in the best hands. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. They also made sure she had her allergy meds and food. This is exactly the environment and attention our dog needs to be comfortable being away from us for a bit. They were very flexible with arrival and departure, super accommodating (really only had to pack food), and the fenced in yard looked like a dream playground for any dog full of energy.
