I have a fenced in back yard for security, with a good area for running and sniffing. Dogs are allowed on furniture for some rest and relaxation. About: Something that sets me apart is that I am a certified dog trainer who LOVES all dogs. As a whole our property is on my family's farm which is completely enclosed. Dogs are treated like they are family- just like our dogs! Pet care fits into my daily/weekly routine in various ways- with my own dogs I train with them daily. This includes training with other dogs who stay with us as this helps build my own skills. When it comes to other dogs on the property in boarding-someone is always on the property so your pup will receive lots of hands on time socializing with other dogs. We make it a point to build dogs up to be confident and excited to "vacation" (board) at our farm. Imagine 5 acres of enclosed land for running amuck, a yard for dogs that don't play well with others, and our own dogs teaching your pups the ropes along the way. The idea is that your dogs is treated like our dogs when they are here- and we LOVE our dogs and will love yours too!

I work part time as a personal trainer in the day and dance teacher at night so I create my own schedule! I always keep my mornings free for walks, playtime, and any special needs for the dogs! Afternoon walks are also something I prioritize, it’s not only important for your pup to get that exercise but I like to decompress and enjoy nature as much as I can during the day. One of my favorite things to do is to go on refreshing walks and spend quality time at the park with my dog Jinx, and I'm sure your pup loves that too! If they are on the more relaxed side, I'm happy to spend indoors play time and/or simply cuddle. I have a 7 year old pup named Jinx who is friendly and loves a walk but if we go to the dog park he ideally loves just doing his own thing, he's more of an introvert 😂 Rest assured, your dog's safety is paramount to me. About: Helping patients is so rewarding and I feel very lucky to do so. But dogs are my second love! I have taken care of several dogs since the age of 5 including my own and several for friends and family. I have experience with different sizes and breeds. I have trained puppies, taught old dogs new tricks, worked to socialize and train abandoned dogs no longer used to humans and have also managed hyperactive dogs.
