Nancy provided a last minute sanctuary for my dog! He home is spacious and her fenced backyard in beautiful. I would book with Nancy again!

Other large dogs being boarded in different rooms when I showed up to pick up my very well-behaved service dog. His bowls and bed were being used for the other dogs in other rooms and he was left locked in a crate for most of the 3-day stay, with an hour break out in the yard…which I specifically asked her not to do. The crate was for him to have a safe space to retreat, not be locked up. I was also asked to book off of Rover for future bookings. It’s my first time using this app for boarding. I dog walk and dog sit and wouldn’t have that kind overlap with large dogs without owner consent, or share beds or bowls. My dog is being reactive towards my horses, when he’s never shown that behavior towards other animals.

Nancy took care of Lady, our senior dog and there were no issues. She had a clean house and a backyard and drop off and pick up were easy.

Poor communication. Nobody was there when we arrived to pick up our dog. No response to our text an hour ahead of our pickup. Front door was unlocked, we had to enter the house to get our dog.
