I can help with whatever is needed, including overnight care, visits, and bathroom breaks. I love spending time playing with pets and giving them one-on-one attention, and I always make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. All their needs will be fully taken care of, whether that includes medical care, one-on-one attention, feeding routines, or following specific schedules and detailed care instructions. I am patient, responsible, and committed to making sure your pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
“Jenna was amazing! The dogs loved her (even our cranky little dog…) and she sent lots of pics while we were away. The house was clean and we felt reassured that she was taking care of things during our trip. We would absolutely book Jenna again!”

“Georgia, Thanks again for taking care of Obi. He obviously had a great time staying with you. We really appreciate you coming all this way to watch him! We highly recommend you to anyone that needs their pet taken care of. Thanks!!!”

“Danielle was amazing!! She stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. She provided regular updates and photos via text. It really put us at ease knowing we had a sitter that cared about our pups. She left the house spotless which was an added bonus. We have already rebooked with her for our next trip Thank you Danielle”

About: I have had a pet ever since I can remember, I see them as a family member not just a pet. I have had dogs from the terrible puppy stage to the chill adulthood stage. I love all shapes and sizes, thick and thin hair! I’m also aware of allergies/conditions that any pet would have. I am currently working full time at a car dealerships. Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm and Saturdays (9am -3pm) I do have Wednesday’s and Sunday’s off every week. I have a car for any reason that may occur. I am not allowed to have pets at my house currently but I have available to stay at your house to look after them if you need.
“Kate was lovely throughout! We had a meet and greet and Henri was excited to get to know her. Communication was easy and responsive to get set-up. Everything went smoothly, Henri had a great time and she treated my home as it was her own! Would definitely recommend.”

“Emma was great! We booked kind of last minute and she was happy to accommodate Bruce overnight. Bruce had so much fun with her and her doggos. Emma communicated well and shared pictures with us during Bruce’s visit. We would definetly book with Emma again!”

“Hannah was wonderful in guiding us through our first Rover experience. We were nervous leaving our two dogs with someone other than family or close friends for the first time and Hannah reassured us every step of the way. She took the best care of our girls and updated us everyday with pictures. It is very apparent Hannah cares for the animals she looks after. She was professional and respectful of our home. We would not hesitate to book Hannah for our future dog sitting needs.”

“Louise was amazing minding our 2 dogs overnight at our home, we had a trip planned for months and a sitter let us down last minute. On short notice Louise cancelled her own social event to help us out! Moving forward she will be our go to sitter, best we have found on Rover to date.”

“Being completely new to Rover, we were a little intimidated and skeptical of the process at first; however knowing we needing a sitter, something kept me drawn to Amber’s profile. Let me tell you that, within five minutes of our initial meet & greet any and all worries we’re completely washed away. Her personality is beautiful, her love and passion for dogs shined through and it was evident that she had much knowledge and experience in the field. I just knew that our dog was in very good hands. While away, she gave us just enough updates to reassure us that everything was going well back home and that we could enjoy our time away. If you are in need of a dog sitter, do not hesitate to reach out to Amber .. we are so glad we did!”
About: Hi! I'm Beth! 👋🏻 I've spent my whole life (nearly four decades!) with pets, and have been petsitting for family, friends, and neighbours for many years. Pet care is something I'm incredibly passionate about...so much so that I volunteer weekly at the SPCA. 🐶🐱 I'm confident with many personality types, comfortable with animal cues and body language, and familiar with obedience and training techniques.👌🏻 My primary goal is for your pet to feel safe and secure with me in your absence...whether it's going for a little adventure, cuddling on the couch, playing on the floor, or simply providing a peaceful presence, I'm committed to giving your pets my undivided attention...and quite probably a silly nickname! 💕 I have cared for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments; small animals ranging from birds to hedgehogs to chinchillas to aquarium species; and have spent my fair share of time caring for farm animals, as well! I am able to administer medications and cater to any special diets or other requirments necessary for the healthy care of your pet. 🐾🐾 I look forward to connecting with you so we can further discuss how I can help! 😊 I accept bookings 7 days a week for house-sits! *I am currently taking bookings up until June 26th, as I will then be away until September.* Trust is essential, and providing you with peace of mind is of the utmost importance to me. I always follow owner's routines for feeding, walks, medication, playtime, and comfort. I provide consistent attention, maintain cleanliness, and send regular updates to ensure pets (and pet parents) feel safe, happy, and secure!
About: I have a passion for pets and years of experience - I've had my own cats, dogs, rats, and hamsters, cared for roommates' cats and dogs, and done a lot of petsitting. I've lived with and cared for pets with aggression issues, medical needs, health problems, and both know how to handle and train pets and also have a lot of love to give! I have a special soft spot in my heart for older and senior animals, but love pets of all ages :) I'm new to Rover so don't have reviews here yet, but am happy to share my profile on Trusted Housesitters and AirBnb and to provide references. Je parle français aussi! Y un poco de español :) I work from home so will be there most of the day to give your pets the company, attention, and care they deserve. I can accept pets for boarding who are able to be on their own or rest quietly while I am in online meetings. My schedule is variable and I can schedule walks/drop ins/care in morning, midday, or evening hours. I have a small backyard and enjoy going to for walks to the nearby parks and trails. I can board small sized dogs in my home.

About: Hi! I am a Law student at Dalhousie who would love to help with all your pet-related needs. I love going on long walks, hanging out in parks, and spending as much time as I can outside - which would be even better with a dog (I am missing mine from home)! I grew up with a small poodle in my family for most of my life, alongside lots of other pets (hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, hermit crabs), and just adopted a puppy with my family at home, so I am happy to look after a pet of any shape or size! I am also comfortable administering medications (oral / injected) through experience caring for my family dog in her older years. I live in a house of 4 animal-loving students, with a yard and located just a block away from The Commons and close to some off-leash dog parks, so your pet would be able to make lots of visits to play! I can accommodate up to two dogs, but would prefer to look after just one pet (cat/dog/other) at a time to provide maximum care and attention. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions :) I’m a full-time student, but am very flexible around classes. I am free Monday afternoons, Thursday mornings and afternoons, and flexible Friday and on weekends, and I would love to care for your furry friends during these free times! As I typically only accept one pet (or household of pets) at a time, I aim to give my greatest attention to your pets to ensure their safety and happiness! I want your pets to feel at home, even in my house, so they are welcome to make themselves comfortable wherever they feel best.

Megan took phenomenal care of my 4 cats while I was on an extended weekend getaway! Megan was able to administer my 20 year old asthmatic kitty's inhaler and kept a close eye on my kitten's mystery allergies. She kept me updated on how they were doing, and the house was spotless when I got home!
