“Hannah did a great job watching Ragnar at our house. She took him for regular walks as we had discussed and made sure she gave him a lot of personal time and attention as he needed. Ragnar likes having humans close and constant attention and Hannah was able to provide him that security. Hannah is a very clean and tidy person and it was nice to return to a clean and well kept house. Hannah pays extra attention to detail and would provide me with regular updates and pictures of Ragnar when she took care of Ragnar. I arrived a day earlier from my travel and Hannah offered to walk Ragnar for an extra day although I was back early from my trip. I would definitely recommend Hannah for house sitting as well as walking your dogs.”

Ruby loves to cuddle and stay close to people and Zakia didn’t shy away from providing a lot of attention. Our house was also well looked after and in the same condition as we left it——so nice to return to after being away for a week. I am within walking distance of a large open field with walking routes and have a backyard for your pups potty needs! I will regularly see that your dog is getting adequate exercise, walks and potty breaks when your pet is staying with me. Likewise, I will never leave your animal unattended and will always see your animal is treated like family while you’re away. As a student with a flexible schedule, I can easily fit pet care into my daily or weekly routine. I’m available for boarding and weekly care in Halifax, ensuring your pet gets the attention they need. In my care, I make sure pets receive adequate attention, exercise and care, including administering medications if needed. I have two different-sized crates (not required) and dog beds for overnight stays, ensuring comfort whether crating is required or not.

About: I have cared for dogs intermittently my entire life. I have owned dogs since the age of eight and I currently have two dogs of my own. My dogs are my life. I currently occasionally board young dogs for the CNIB I currently work casually in a hospital. My schedule is flexible but I generally need two weeks notice. Exceptions could be made. I will be home at all times with your pet. I have a large property which is not fenced however I do have a fenced area. I live in a very quiet neighbourhood on a dead end and my house is not visible from the road. The roads in my neighbourhood are wide and have extremely low traffic. There is a field down the road from me and also a hiking trail next door. I am willing to stay at a clients home. I come with my own bedding, food and supplies.

About: I have owned my own dogs that I have groomed myself and taken care of for years. When fostering dogs, we are required to maintain their grooming and other health needs. My schedule is extremely flexible, as I work shift work as a youth care worker. I have a lot of time during the daytime to check in on, walk, and feed your dogs as needs require. I have a fenced in backyard with no other pets. We have 2 couches that we all the dogs to sit on, as well as my bed. Can crate your dogs if needed. Always walk dogs on leash.
