About: I've been a dog owner of Labradors for the past 30 years, until recently. A few months ago I said goodbye to my boy Fletcher, and life is just not the same without a dog. I am a fairly active 52 year old who lives alone, and quietly, with a fenced yard and Vickers Park nearby. I go to my family's camp in the summer, and would like to be able to take your dog with me for a good swim and hike! My house has always been a dog house. I do love to travel, so I know what it's like to have someone care for your dogs while away, and the worries and trust that go with such a responsibility. Someday I will get another dog, but until then, I would love to welcome yours into a safe, calm, environment, with lots of love, fun and outside time. I am currently free and flexible to adapt to your dog's schedule. I am the only one in the house so I am able to be present for your dog and hang out with him or her as much as they'll let me! I have a fully fenced yard and a dog friendly 2 bedroom bungalow. One room is a spare so can be used to put crates or beds if dogs are nervous or want alone time. I will never kick a dog off my bed if they are willing to keep me company!

To schedule services for your dog, please send us a booking through Rover! The humans work from home and care for pets throughout the day during regularly scheduled breaks and meal times. Pets are welcome to lounge in the home office during office hours for extra snuggles and supervision. Untrained dogs cannot come for day care on weekdays: the humans need to be able to work without excessive commotion during working hours. NOTE ON DROP-IN SERVICES AND WALKS: we do not provide multiple drop-in visits or multiple walk visits per day to the same household. If your pet needs more than one visit per day, please seek out day care or boarding. We use extra-tall baby gates to separate your pup from the house dog until we know everyone is well-acquainted. We have multiple sets of dishes, beds, blankets, toys, and treats on-hand for you pup! Our backyard is fully fenced, and is accessible via a patio door directly from the house. If your dog requires a solo stay, please let us know. Additional fees may apply. We can accept a maximum of three dogs from the same household at a time.

About: I have had a dog for most of my life and have always been an animal lover. I have experience with dog sitting for family friends and i always ensure they are well cared for and loved in their owners’ absence. Growing up, I spent a lot of time at the Thunder Bay Humane Society, where I developed a deep love and understanding of animals. About: am a true animal lover from the bottom of my heart. I would meet so many people in the neighbourhood because I would always ask to pet and visit their animals. Starting when I was about 12, I would ride my bike to people’s homes to feed, empty litter boxes and of course show so much love to their pets; even with a slight allergy I couldn’t resist! As I became a teenager, I was commonly asked to stay at the homes belonging to my parents friends and my own coworkers because they knew I was trustworthy, so loving and would care deeply for their animals. I am a pet parent myself and know the importance of being able to trust those coming into your home and care for your beloved animals. I can absolutely guarantee I will show your pets so much love, and respect your home so you are able to have absolute peace of mind while you are away. I also have no issue caring for senior dogs or puppies, I am patient and wholeheartedly only want them to know love. I am currently a shift worker, so although my availability changes, there are only 2 days out of every week that I am not available unless it’s after 7pm. I work in a central location so I can drive to really any area throughout the city. I do not have children so I’m very flexible with times that I am needed as well as short notice requirements I will respect anything that is brought to my attention by my clients; whether it’s dietary restrictions, training habits to uphold, cleanliness, usage of gates, and anything else that is required of me to guarantee their trust

About: I grew up having dog in my life. Loving and caring for the furry babies along with getting free love from them is my passion I am currently working as a full time supervisor. I have lot of time in the evening (during the weekdays), and I am off on stat holidays and weekends. I grew up having a dog in my life. I have a 3 years old Great Pyrenees named Blue. He is a picky eater so I made homemade food for him. I will ensure your fur baby get healthy meals, clean water and will maintain a safe and comfortable environment for them, along with regular exercise as instructed.
