Born and raised in Thunder Bay, I know the city’s neighbourhoods well and the best walking routes. I’m also very passionate about building connections between pets, their people, and the community. Each walk or drop-in is tailored to your pet’s routine ensuring they feel safe, happy, and engaged. Whether it's a quick stroll or adventurous outing, I bring a personal touch and genuine care to every visit.

Marcy was great with our shy girl. She gave our Persephone the space and time she needed to get used to her and followed Percy's routine to the letter. Her extensive and detailed daily reports were very reassuring to us nervous pet parents as this is the first time we been away from her for so long. Marcy went above and beyond in acquiescing to my request to take care of my plants a little and everything was exactly as I had left it, if not better. Thank you Marcy for taking excellent care of our fur baby.
Zola is the best around! She takes the best pictures of my boy, she even captured one of his funny itching faces that I’ve never been able to 😂
Zola is great! She’s organized, thorough, and cares about animals. She knows about dog reactivity which is good for my pet. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is the cost. I’ll probably generally still get a family member to walk lani when available. But I will definetly be in touch with Zola again when needed. Thanks for the wonderful service.
You can go wrong getting Marcu "zola" to take care of your pets. Not only are you getting top quality pet care but ahe takes some of the best photos you will ever get of your furry loved one. She was able to help us with our young pup on short notice for 2 weeks with no problems, I couldnt be more grateful
Loved Zola! This was my first time using the Rover app, and she made the entire experience so easy and stress free. She made me feel completely comfortable leaving my cats in her care and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and well looked after while I was away. My two cats absolutely loved her. She took the time to get to know each of their unique personalities, making sure their individual needs were met while giving them both so much love and attention. I really appreciated all the thoughtful updates and personal touches throughout my trip. I will definitely book again with Zola the next time I’m out of town.
I truly can't say enough of how amazing Zola is and the love she showed our 3 kitties. Everyday we were in awe with her daily reports and pictures. We will be using Zola everytime and highly highly recommend her.

Schedule
Monday to Friday during the day, with periodic flexibility in the evenings and weekends. DOG WALKING 🐕🦺 - I am not currently taking recurring dog walks as my schedule is full. Please reach out if you require one-time only bookings, or would like to be put on the waitlist. DROP-IN VISITS 🐾 - I currently have availability for drop-in visits in the early morning and late afternoons/evenings. Please reach out if you need visits for your cat or dog. **Please note: Depending on the client’s location, additional travel fees may apply.**

- It’s important for me to know a pet’s temperament, energy level, favourite activities, dietary needs, health concerns, and any behavioural quirks to ensure their safety and happiness. Understanding their likes, dislikes, and triggers helps create a comfortable and enjoyable environment. ☺️ To ensure I have a full understanding of your pet’s needs, I will provide new bookings with an intake form that helps me tailor my services specifically to them.
