“Adrienne is amazing. Being away from your best friend is hard, and she made it the best experience for both us and Viktor. About: I grew up having dog in my life. Loving and caring for the furry babies along with getting free love from them is my passion I am currently working as a full time supervisor. I have lot of time in the evening (during the weekdays), and I am off on stat holidays and weekends. I grew up having a dog in my life. I have a 3 years old Great Pyrenees named Blue. He is a picky eater so I made homemade food for him. “This was our first experience using rover and now that we've found her, we're not using anyone else, she is amazing and our little (figuratively speaking, realistically he's pretty large lol) puppy loved her!”

About: I’ve been around animals most of my life — growing up with dogs and cats, rescuing strays, and helping them find homes. I’ve worked as a dog sitter for small and medium breeds, and I’m also comfortable with calm large dogs like Labradors. I’ve cared for a variety of dogs including French Bulldogs, Huskies, Dachshunds, mixed breeds, etc. While living in New York, I volunteered at Muddy Paws Rescue and photographed adoptable pets. Now based in Thunder Bay, I work remotely and spend a lot of time at home — so your pet will get real one-on-one care, calm attention, and as many walks as they need. And if your dog’s the active type, I’m always up for a run. I work remotely with a flexible routine and spend a lot of time at home. That means your dog or cat won’t be alone for long and will get attention, walks, and quiet companionship woven into my day. I only host one dog at a time for calm, focused care. I live in an apartment right next to Port Arthur Landing — a beautiful lakeside spot that’s perfect for peaceful walks in the morning and evening. I’m happy to follow your routine, and I’ve used special safety harnesses in the past if needed. Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first — and if you’d like, I can send you a few sweet photos during their stay or walk.

“Jodi watched my 2 year old lab for 2 days and 1 night. She was wonderful, and even arranged for a meet and greet the week before his stay so that we could get to know her. She was so reassuring, you can tell that she knows what it’s like to leave behind your cherished pet. She took detailed notes when asking about my dog and sent lots of updates and pictures while I was away. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks, Jodi!”

“Natalie took great care of my pup and provided daily updates. It was clear she has experience with and a love for pets. Pick up and drop off was easy to arrange. Very happy and satisfied with the care”

“Excellent sitter for our chloe First time being away from home and she helped her adjust within a couple of days. Kept in touch daily Chloe was happy”

“I recently had the pleasure of entrusting Alyssa with my friend Luna for a few days. Going into this arrangement I was pretty nervous and a first time Rover user. As soon as you meet Alyssa you can tell she is a true animal lover. She immediately made me feel at ease leaving my dog with her. She is so welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic about being with your pet. I was so impressed. Furthermore her house is bright, clean, and you will be met by a very friendly (and patient) cat. If you’re like me and you read reviews to get a feel for these things then stop right here. Book with Alyssa if you can, you will not regret it. I will certainly not hesitate to book again. Thanks Alyssa!”

About: I have owned dogs at home since I was 3 years old. I have experience training, playing, walking and caring for dogs. Our first dog was a Wheaton terrier who I grew up with from age 3-13. I am available after work and before / at lunch on weekdays. Anytime on the weekend works. I don’t have a fenced yard but there is several parks and trails in the area that I can take your dog to for walk/run/play.

About: I’ve had dogs for 20+ years, while I lived with my parents we fostered Australian shepherds and in 2015 I adopted one of our fosters. Her name is Olive. As well I have a cat and his name is Korin. I love having animals at home with our kids. I’m currently on maternity leave so my schedule is quite flexible. “Jason is an excellent Dog Sitter! We had never left our six year old labrador retriever with anyone that we didn’t know before so we were very nervous. Jason contacted us with concerns when our dog wasn’t eating the first day. I appreciated this very much. He could’ve just ignored this fact. He was easy to and gave us regular updates. I highly recommend Jason as he seems to really care for the dogs that he watches”
