About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life and have always lived with them! I grew up with a wannabe escape artist beagle, and feel confident I can handle the most stubborn of dogs now! I know how scary it can be to leave your pup, and I ensure I will love and care for your dog as if it were my own! In October 2024 we adopted a sweet girl from Mexico named Azul. She is my whole life! She would love to make some new doggy friends! I am here to make you feel comfortable with leaving your best friend in the hands of someone else. Whatever your pups needs are, I am happy to handle them with the best of care! Whether that be specific times/places for potty breaks and walks, administering medication, or anything else required! I will always be home with your pup and won’t leave them alone. My puppy had separation anxiety so I know how important it can be to some pups that I am always there! I currently don’t have a fenced yard but I have plenty of grassy space around my appartment to take your pups for their potty breaks and/or walks. My pup loves the dogs park, hikes, and walking in quiet areas, and I am happy to take yours wherever they are most comfortable for their adventures!

About: Hi, I have had pets my whole life and like animals better than most people. While your pet is with me, I will treat them as my own, which means walks, parks, treat and lots of attention. I do have a smaller breed dog, but she loves people and dogs and would love to play. I work Monday to Friday until 3:30 pm and am home evenings and weekends. My dog is with me as much as possible when i am not at work. Your dog would be treated the same! I dont have a fenced yard, but i do have a large backyard with grass that i can take you dog out to with a leash for pee breaks.

About: Lifelong animal lover and friend, I’ve been caring for friends’ and family pets for as long as I can remember. Now instilling the same love and respect for animals in my two boys. We are a loving family who will treat your pets like royalty. In saying that, I will be the primary caretaker for your animals, but my children live in the home and will be interacting with your pet(s) at times. Please keep this in mind if your pets don’t like children as there may be a better fit for you 🙂 I am a Registered Nurse working part-time on a rotating schedule with tons of availability and flexibility. Your pet will never be alone for more than 2 hours at my home. I have a fenced yard backing onto a beautiful golf course and have the ability to crate your dog if required. Your dog will spend as much time in or outside as you like.

About: Your dog will get exercise to stay healthy, I will feed the dog as requested and play with the dog giving love and positive affirmations. Treats, if the owner wants, usually a change of scenery is always fun with new walks. The fun is to play during the walk throwing a ball or stick petting the dog through the walk. Social contact is sometimes good depending on the dog. Pick up after the dog when it has to poop. Have fresh water available if the day is hot. If the dog loves water take them to the lake to swim. The fun at the beach is great. Your dog is beside me on a leash as long as I feel it is needed. The dog should only be loose in a safe environment and after getting to know the dog and it style. I currently walk daily and enjoy the companionship of Rascal and Simon who are dogs, l dog sit while their parents go on holidays. We walk at least 2 times a day in the park. I usual go to the clients home but would do both as needed.. the dog must be house trained to come to my house. Having taken dog training classes l would always follow their routine.

About: I have owned dogs and cats for most of my life. I have pet sat for friends and family members on many occasions. I am responsible, knowledgeable, and a sucker for a cute animal. I am a teacher currently looking for casual summer employment. I am off of work and so I have plenty of time to spend with you pet! I have a large fenced yard as well as a dog and two cats. If your dog gets along with other pets, they will have a great time playing and relaxing at my home.

About: I have a good amount of training experience with medium to big breeds. I understand stubborn puppies and consistency. Love all breeds big and small. Open schedule currently. Also bonded through work and criminal record checks for volunteer jobs so going into owners houses and sitting short or long term you are covered Care for puppies as they are my kids…as mine is lol. Walks as often as needed…feeding at set times and time spent with them as much as required. Currently open schedule but need to understand training regiment and any restrictions so will need to meet and spend a bit of time with puppy prior to any services

“Tiernan took very good care of our 19 1/2 yr old cat Marley. It wasn’t an easy job that just involved filling up a cat dish and scooping the litter box. She was mixing wet food, setting up cat watching bird videos and making a warm comfy beds with a hot water bottle. At a very Sr age, Marley needs a lot of encouragement to eat, love and attention and Tiernan did a fantastic job! She also had to come early morning and later in the evening and she was here faithfully. She went above and beyond to make sure our fur baby was full, happy and content. We received thorough updates on how he was doing and pictures with every visit she made. We couldn’t be happier with the job she did for us. Plus she is a complete sweetheart! About: having grown up with cats and dogs, no home feels complete without a pet. i truly understand that animals become a part of the family and with a flexible “work-from-anywhere-with-wifi” career i can provide your pet with the love, care, and attention they deserve and need. both mobile and childfree, i can travel throughout the okanagan valley (or the Pacific Northwest for the right match). I am experienced from playful puppies to sugar-faced seniors and from kittens to cranky cats. no furry friend is too big or small! i work a full time, yet flexible, remote job so I can keep your pet company while working M-F. I observe dog body language to only touch or cuddle as much, or as little, as your pet may want. I completely understand being away from you family can be unsettling so your pets comfort is my ultimate priority :)

About: I am a clean, responsible, non-smoking and respectful house sitter. I love all animals and I love being outdoors, so walking dogs is a bonus for me. An adventurer for sure, I seek out new cultures and experiences for self-growth and awareness and I have a passionate interest in people and creating community. I had been house and pet sitting on Vancouver Island and Hornby Island for a few years, followed by Alberta (Bragg Creek, Calgary, Foothills, Diamond Valley). Currently, I am in West Kelowna to be closer to my grandbabes. I am available for check-ins and dog walking near wherever I am currently housesitting. I also LOVE horses and other farm animals and would be willing to help with those too. Prices vary depending on length of stay (if any), chores to do and number of animals. I have pet sat and cared for homes which housed both the canine and feline pets, plus farms with chickens, as well I have had my own fur babies throughout my life. And though I have not had extensive experience with farm animals, I did live on a farm as a youth. Thus I mucked out plenty of stalls, brushed horses and spent time dodging our billy goat! A bit about me: I’m a meditator and Reiki practitioner, intuitive healer and dancer, and eat a mostly plant-based diet. I used to work in the mental health field, I have owned my own small cafe, and I have taught overseas. I teach dance and use to have a mobile business distributing the natural products. I know my way around a wood stove, a water pump, water softeners and a snow shovel. I enjoy both natural, rural settings and love to jump into city life for short stints once in a well, though nature is where my heart is. I also use only safe natural (or DIY) cleaning and body products, thus if I am house sitting for you, your home will be clear, clean and safe on your return. I have a chemical sensitivity (fragrances in air fresheners, detergents, cleaners, perfumes, and body products, etc) so must be assured there are no strong scents if house sitting. Smoke-free homes only please.:) Importantly, I have a small dog, "Angel", who travels around with me sometimes (featured in the photo). She loves other animals and really does live up to her name, and my friends call her the "Cat Whisperer". Cats who are dog-leary soon take to Angel like she is just a friendly cat. :) Saying that, she is now elderly, deaf and mostly blind. She doesn't bark or chase and spends most of her days and nights sleeping in her bed/pen (she stays with my daughter sometimes also). About: My daughter and I love Dogs, but we arnt allowed anymore. We have been fostering and puppy sitting for 5 years now. Love every minute of it. I work from home and spend very little time at my desk. This leaves me lots of time for walks, puppy parks, beach and cuddles. We do not have a fenced yard but a gated patio area. We also have a young Denali puppy who lives to have friends around and get out and play.
