“We are travelling here, our 6 months old puppy had really difficult time to adjust the new condo that we rented. He had separation anxiety, which never happened to us before. We called so many day care and so happy we decided to go to Halson! Halson responded very quickly, on time, super gentle and kind to Yuanbao. Yuanbao was so happy with his family and his kids! The second day when I dropped him off, Yuanbao was so happy didn't bother to look back mom once. Like my kids went to playground he was so excited to be there. ? Halson also send us pictures to let us know how Yuanbao did with them, which gave us a lot relief while we had dinners with friends. “Rejan, Aaron, and their dogs Jasper & Aya were absolutely wonderful with our anxious rescue dog! They made time for us to do a meet and greet before our booking so the dogs all had a chance to get to know each other and we could make sure everything was good to go for our pup to spend the day at their place. Our dog was not socialized appropriately in her first home, as a result of which her behaviour when meeting new dogs is awkward and very intense. Aya and Jasper handled her like champs, and within minutes they were all playing happily together. Rejan and Aaron were very responsive and easy to make arrangements with. They were gentle with our anxious girl and respectful of her needs. Their property is beautiful and so spacious for the dogs to run around in - our dog came back zonked from running and wrestling with Aya. Apparently they had lots of playtime and then napped together in the sun - a sure sign that our nervous pup was feeling happy and relaxed. We will certainly book with these folks again!”

Let me know how I can help keep your pets happy, healthy, and safe while you’re away! When I am sitting your pet they will have my full time and attention. I will only leave for a maximum of a few hours at a time to run errands and small gigs *unless the animals cannot be left alone. In that case, adjustments are made. Your pet(s) are always in my best interest. I live on an acreage and have 3 very friendly dogs who love new friends. We go on several walks/adventures a day and the dogs are supervised when together at all times. I also have three cats but they are well-behaved/trained and used to having new dogs in the house. Like my dogs, they are very friendly and social. If I do care in your home, my animals will stay at my home with my partner, unless your dog would like a friend or two - in that case, my dogs would love to join!

I live on a farm environment with plenty of trails to explore. I have two very friendly dogs at home that can provide company and playtime.

About: I love long hikes. But also happy to sit at home and cuddle with dogs that are older or can’t manage long walks. I have trained a few dogs and I have lots of experience with timid animals who have been rescued and need extra special comforting. I have a flexible schedule, I manage a business so can usually nip away for a walk or check in. and my partner also helps with animal sitting. Animals would be on a leash ant all times unless advised by you it’s ok when and where to let them off. I live in a house with a yard (not fenced)
