About: I have 10 years of experience taking care of my own pets with sizes ranging from house cats to a 110lbs Bernese Mountain Dog! On a daily basis I make sure our senior dog gets his medication, is walked twice daily, and gets at least one toy play session. In addition to keeping him calm when the dementia is bad and helping him move around when his hip is acting up. I'd be happy to give the same care and attention to your beloved pets! Services I Provided: Taking your dogs for walks/runs, visits to the dog park, throwing the ball for them. I also do home visits to makes sure they get bathroom breaks, food, water, and take their medication. I am generally available Monday-Saturday nearly anytime between 8am and 5pm for up to 2 hours at a time. I'm self-employed out of my office in Sherwood Park on a flexible schedule allowing me to do visits anywhere within Sherwood Park or the east side of Edmonton as needed. I currently have a senior dog who needs a little extra care. I understand the importance of making sure we follow your pets needs and limits. I'll work with you to create a personalized safe plan to make sure they get the activity they need while being well taken care of.

About: I’m a dog lover and my dog is a lover of all other dogs. I work full time and live a really active lifestyle outside of that. My dog is a dachshund who is 1 year old and super loving. He is great with all dogs from bouviers to chihuahuas. Endless snuggles, a good running companion and puppy park adventures will fill your pups schedule. I don’t have any professional pet sitting experience, just an animal lover that shares the interest in leaving their best friend in good hands! About: I grew up with farm and house pet dogs. I used to breed dogs for many years and my parents were groomers which I helped out with as a teen. I am an active person I enjoy walking and playing outside. My children are aged 5 and 8 all dogs needs to have been around children and enjoy children. We can walks every evening and more at weekends. We love having dogs in our home to show them love and affection. I can cater to the needs of the dog. Follow meal schedules and exercise schedules. I won’t allow dogs upstairs but am fine with them on the couch in the living room if that’s their norm. I will listen to the needs and just love on the dogs and enjoy them. About: My name is Caitlin I am 27 years old and I have been in the animal industry since I was 16 years old. I have experience with dogs of all ages and breeds, cats and caged animals. I do not take care of spiders or snakes. I have worked in various Doggy Daycares and Dog boarding along with pet sitting in my home for various companies in and around Calgary. I have my Pet First Aid and in the middle of getting my Dog Training Certificate. I have taught a 4 year old 60lb Shepherd not to pull - it isn’t easy but it is doable! I volunteered in a vet clinic and have knowledge administering medication orally and through injection I have 1 dog ; Jasper is a Border Collie x Havanese that is 10 years old and a retired service dog. I have trained Jasper to be my husbands service dog for his Type 1 Diabetes, using my own techniques following Karen Pryor methods, I do not agree with Cesar Milan and will not use his techniques. I am very active person that does not stay home any day of the week. I am constantly with my dog and kids which includes going to the river, dog park and various walks in the parks. I am available everyday of the week, my dog(s) are never left alone longer than an hour and most times come with me for a safe car ride! I am excited to chat with you about your pup! All animals are family to me, they are my fur babies and will always give above excellent care. They will not be left outside unattended ever and I will spend every minute with them.

About: One of my previous jobs was at the Edmonton Humane Society, where I worked with all breeds and sizes of dogs. I am Fear Free certified, which means your dogs will always be treated with kindness and care. Throughout my 10+ years of experience, I never encountered a dog I couldn't handle or get through to. I truly believe that there are no bad dogs. I am currently a student part time at NAIT and am looking for some income and movement in-between my online classes. I am available around 6 hours a day for walking, and am very flexible with my schedule and time. I have a fenced yard and a very friendly golden retriever who's good with cats and dogs. I also have 4 cats that are all cat and dog friendly as well. It's a bit of a zoo but everyone is happy and healthy. I always say the animals eat better than we do.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. In elementary school, I would be greeted by our farm cats as soon as I got home. After a quick pet or cuddle with each of them, I would refill their water and food bowls and sit with the bigger cuddlers for as long as I could. In secondary school, I trained our family puppy - from obedience to competing in agility competitions. I loved watching him learn new tricks and never forget the basics, even as a senior dog and with me living away from him. While in university, I kept animals in my life by volunteering at the local SPCA. I loved the bigger dogs, and my heart broke if I ever saw them afraid of other dogs or humans. Helping them through their rehabilitation was an honour. As an adult, I adopted an orange tabby, "Naranjito." Jito, as we call him, is celebrating 17 human years as of 2026. He sleeps a bit more, and needs an extra step to jump sometimes, but he's still strong enough to put his BIGGER 2-year-old spicy sister in her place when she attacks him in play. With only one cat, I craved helping more, and did some pet care for others in my 20s. This involved bird-sitting, and dog-walking. A friend asked me to take in her older cat when she had a family illness. "Sally The Cat" was the embodiment of love. She had diabetes, but would still purr through her blood tests and insulin injections. This made me more comfortable with taking care of more serious health issues. Our current family dog has epilepsy and allergies. His first seizure was a month after his adoption, and was pretty scary - for all of us. I quickly became the person in the family to stay with him through it, and comfort him back to his normal self afterwards. With him, I have become comfortable with giving pills, and asking for veterinary help when needed. I love all animals, but I get to spend my life caring for cats and dogs. I am working part-time, but I have some mornings, a couple evenings, and most weekends available to care for others' pets outside of my home. I have been called "too trusting" in my past... but this has luckily never injured me in a serious way. In fact, the worst thing is realizing that my standard of trustworthiness is NOT universal... but that has made me more skeptical of others when it really matters. Caring for your pet is something that requires a lot of trust of me, and I appreciate your skepticism. I wouldn't leave my fur-babies with just anyone, too. Training dogs when I was younger made me much more aware of body language and different personalities. I am always watching for potential stressors or safety issues. I love giving dogs the freedom of an off-leash area, but would have to trust that they will listen to me before being comfortable with any safety risks involved with that.
