I also use dog seatbelts and a pet-safe vehicle for transportation, ensure all cleaning products and potential hazards are stored safely out of reach, and keep emergency contact info and vet details on hand during bookings. Whether your pup needs quiet time or playtime, their comfort, safety, and routine are my top priorities.

About: I have had dogs my entire life! I have cared for dogs of all ages from puppy right up to seniors! I am comfortable giving medication and have the extra bed space to spare!! I have a full time job so my job is typically away from home for 8 hours a day during the week. Canyon is home to keep your pet confortable and entertained! Home time after is time for cuddles, walks, and playtime with the animals! I have an unfenced yard but a long leash! I have a large breed dogs who is very gentle and gets along with every animal he has been introduced to whether in his home or not! “Alicia is fantastic!!! We could tell right away that she has a gift with animals. Our cat, Steve, immediately ran up to her and seemed instantly comfortable with her. We have only left our cat for a day or two and we're nervous when we had to leave him for ten days. Our friends, who also use Alicia as a cat-sitter, couldn't recommend her enough so, we decided to try her out--which we did not regret! She sends such full and thoughtful updates daily with photos and videos it was so clear he was in great hands and it made it easier being away from him! We were beyond impressed with how thorough she was in taking care of our fur baby and how much he ended up loving her (snuggles on her lap and everything)! I think the biggest sign that Alicia is just fantastic at her job was coming home. Steve (our cat) generally meows continuously when we have been away for longer than a few hours and seems stressed when we get home but when we came home (from again being away for 10 days) he didn't meow at all! He seemed soooo calm and stress free it was just abundantly clear that he recieved so much love and care. I would recommend Alicia to anyone and I will be using her any time we need someone to look after our baby boy!”

About: Ever since I was a little one, I’ve had an unwavering passion for taking care of others. Currently, I work part time as an intensive care/emergency RN. On my days off to maintain a work-life balance, I try to fulfill my passion in taking care of animals. You can rest assured that both you and your furry friends are in great hands! As the weather is nicer and my schedule loosens up for the summer, I’m transitioning to Rover to see if I can get some extra time with some four legged friends! I have two rescue dogs and two rescue cats of my own. I live on the water in Seguin but am flexible and open to travelling to get to you and your pet. On my days off from being an RN, I’m happy to work with your pet and give them my full, undivided attention. Days spent with your pet will be entirely dedicated to them, without any other distractions like work or children. Safety and trust are my top priorities! For this reason, my dogs may not be present while your pet stays with me. This is in order for your pet to have the space to themselves to adequately decompress, as I recognize leaving home could be a stressful experience for some. On the contrary, if I’m entering your home, I will make sure to respect the space of both you and your pet! Boundaries are so important and will vary based on the individual needs of your furry friend. I am no stranger to keeping the lives and wellbeing of others in the tops of my priorities.
